Es ist definitiv ein Hotel zum weiterempfehlen vor allem auf Alcudia aber der Service ist leider in der Küche etwas schlecht! Teller werden nicht gleich abgeräumt als Beispiel?!!!!! Ich könnte noch mehrere weitere Beispiele nennen....

Very good hotel, very good staff

Very nice hotel that has almost everything to offer. Super location, modern equipment, spa area, pool, delicious food and a great program. The staff is also incredibly nice and is making the greatest effort. Both suitable for holidaymakers who focus on spending their holidays in hotels, as well as for cultural interested people who are looking for the proximity to the old town.

Fijn hotel voor stellen maar ook voor families met kinderen. Het hotel heeft een heerlijk zwembad met ook veel leuks voor de kleintjes. Ook ligt het strand vlakbij. De kamers zijn erg ruim net als het grote balkon. Elke avond is er animatie en voor elk wat wils. Het avondeteten en het ontbijt zijn erg uitgebreid.

A good hotel in Alcudia, comfortable step-by-step access to the beach, while in a quiet place, the carriageway is not heard at all. Very generous and diverse breakfasts. But the rooms are not very large, the neighbors are heard. In general everything is very decent. When the settlement is served with champagne, beach towels can be rented on bail of 10€ per person

Very close to the beach, the sea view room is beautiful. Hotel service is not bad, breakfast is also rich. The buffet dinner is rich in desserts, and it would be better if drinking water and drinks can be provided.

It was okay but reception should have been more friendly. The woman at reception does not seem to care about the guests. It is like you are disturbing her.
