"景區設施和環境還沒完全竣工完善，現階段是試業中，山路很多彎彎繞繞，從廣州過來下高速後光是上山路就1個半小時，而且很多急轉彎，很考驗司機駕技。山景房視野還行，房間設施也過得去，但還是有待提高。最值得一提的是，民宿的小張師傅的服務態度真的很好，從到達停車場就一直在等，一天下來麻煩了他開電瓶車接送了好幾趟都很盡心盡力，而且事事有迴應件件有着落，是個眼裡有活的年輕人，幫忙訂了遊船，忙前忙後搬運行李，耐心細緻周到又體貼，很難得遇到這種令人滿分的客服人員！還有雲煙人家餐廳的那位年輕的男廚師小哥，做菜的口味很好，很晚才到店用餐，但對客人的口味要求也儘可能滿足，服務態度真的很好👍🏿這兩位的服務工作讓民宿客人體驗感拉滿加分，強烈建議民宿集團的管理層給這兩位小哥哥升職加薪！！！你們民宿的滿意度全靠這兩位拉高！！對這兩位的服務5星好評！！！"
