SSalty TearsIt was top notch, even tho the staff knew little bit of English but were in China so that’s not important, they did an amazing work to getting me checked in to showing me a map of where to go on the Mount Hua for the fastest route and the fastest back to catch my train later. They even offered to take me to the train station!

Zzyh0701The hotel boasts a prime location, approximately 3 kilometers by car from the Huashan Visitor Center. Upon returning from the hike, the hotel lobby was exquisitely elegant, the aroma of hot coffee and milk comforting, and the service was attentive and efficient! Entering the room, even the standard room was spacious, bright, clean, and cozy! The intelligent voice control and robot service system instantly relieved our fatigue! The bedroom, shower, and toilet all featured separate wet and dry areas, and the hairdryer was well-designed with a fast, stable, and comfortable airflow! The breakfast was particularly noteworthy and a pleasant surprise, offering a wide variety of nutritious options; the oatmeal alone was of five-star chef quality! I drank three bowls in one go! My family felt energized after breakfast… This was the most tiring stop on our trip, but also the best and most satisfying! Hope Orange keeps up the good work!

IIrenaI would come back again. Just that view on a mountain was awesome, birds chirping in the morning...at least until 7.30 when buses will start to drive. It actually looks better in reality. We came with a car, but it's easy to get there by public transportation too (delivery can enter as well). Twin rooms are more spacious than a tent with a bunk bed, that's what I saw. High ceilings, wood inside ( with a bit strong smell of acrylic paint that eventually disappeared, pretty comfortable beds for western standard, clean floors...a bathroom was the most outdated facility, a more cleaning in a shower area would be welcome. An AC worked normally, a water kettle, toiletries, everything was fine. Chinese breakfast, no coffee or bread, but you could choose other things for yourself. A swimming pool was not working. Great spots for barbecue, lots of shadow, little water streams, spots for kids to play outside. Kind and helpful personal, fast on answer, with basic English. Nature was amazing.

The location is superb, right near the visitor center, and they offer complimentary shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station and the scenic area, which makes getting around so easy. The room was clean and tidy, and the smart home system along with the underfloor heating made it very comfortable. The bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk and housekeeping staff were warm and attentive. They also provide free parking, laundry, and a gym, making the amenities quite comprehensive. Overall, it's great value for money. Staying here for a Mount Hua climb truly enhances the experience. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mount Hua!

GGuest UserThe hotel is pretty good, and easy to find, being very close to Yuquan Temple. The breakfast is also delicious with a good variety, and the environment is tranquil. Backing onto the Huashan mountain range, it's also very quiet at night, making it suitable for both tourism and a relaxing retreat.

ZZhongguorenThis is good value for money, but the breakfast was a waste as I didn't have time to eat it.
I requested a room with a mountain view, but I was assigned a room on the ground floor. The parking space was right outside the window, and there were three large trash cans nearby, which smelled quite bad. The view wasn't great either. So, if rooms are scarce and you've specifically requested a ground floor room, don't choose a mountain view room to avoid wasting your time.
One commendable aspect is the shuttle service to the station; this was arranged quite promptly, which was good.

Staff don't speak English, use e.g.Alipay translate. Friendly helpful efficient staff will help book tickets etc.. Free transfer to/from rail station in hotel car (including Huashan north, I think airport too) .
Hotel is 100 metres from soldier path up HuaShan, walk to fascinating Jade Spring Buddhist Temple (free) at base.
Interesting visit to contrasting Buddhist temple near Hua Shan north (bei) station ( free for 48h with Hua Shan scenic area ticket. Recommend visit both temples(visitors & donations welcome), relaxing & calm.

AAnonymous UserI specifically came to Mount Hua for a trip and booked this hotel online. It's right next to the Mount Hua Tourist Center, which is super convenient for getting to the scenic area. I booked a king-size room online, and the hotel upgraded me to an incredibly spacious room. It felt a bit too big for just one person, almost empty, but it was very clean and hygienic. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located close to Huashan Station, inside the villa. The hotel space is relatively large, clean and tidy. The door opening and closing of the room is too loud, and the sound insulation effect is not ideal, which affects rest. There are not many types of breakfast, and the choices are not large. The restaurant on the first floor tastes too strong and salty! The front desk service awareness is poor, the knowledge of Huashan tourism is insufficient, and there are misleading situations, which seriously affect the itinerary arrangements! Very bad experience

The air conditioner is good and the noise is not big.
Parking:
Less parking spaces in front of the door, more regular;
There are more parking spaces in the backyard, but some messy.
The front desk clerk has been OK.
The catering department next to the cooperation, there are fast food, rich and frugal, and the taste of ordering is OK.
The waiter's attitude can be.
But on the third day, the hotel staff was slack in all aspects:
The room was cleaned, no toilet paper, and two more bottles of water were not put.
The laundry room, the filter of the two dryers is dirty, as shown in Figures 4, and Figure 5,
A little dirty, I usually clean it myself. It’s so dirty. It’s obviously that the guests who use the dryer in front are not conscious and manageable. On the one hand, the hotel staff also have dereliction of duty: so I told the front desk that I need to clean it up.
After half an hour I went to dry and found that I hadn't cleaned up - I cleaned up the lesser one myself, as shown in figure six.
