"My check-in experience was terrible. On the first night, when I went to see the room, the front desk employee hid the cheaper room types and pushed me to book a more expensive room to get a membership card. I repeatedly confirmed if there were no other rooms available, and after getting a definitive 'no, they're all booked by other guests' from the front desk, I prepared to look at other hotels. Just a few minutes after I left, the room suddenly became available. It felt like they wouldn't let me check in unless I bought a membership. After all that hassle to finally get into the room, the desk was still sticky with who-knows-what, and my hand got dirty when I put something down. There were cigarette butts and trash under the sink, and ants and many small bugs on the bed. I caught four or five in a short time. The hotel offers laundry service, but only for members. My reported issues weren't really addressed. I stayed for many days and was mostly out during the day. If they had just given me a clean, disinfected room and asked if I wanted to switch, I wouldn't be this angry. What's the point of changing rooms if the pest problem isn't resolved? Should I call security up in the middle of the night to catch bugs? 😂 And they couldn't even issue a special VAT invoice, only a regular one, which I really don't understand!"

Health conditions are OK. Two more suggestions: 1. For the deposit of 200, I personally feel that there is nothing to need to be worth 200 deposits, either cancel or charge 100 lines. 2. Check whether the guest checks out or needs cleaning before cleaning the room. Finally, I recommend the tofu bubble opposite the hotel. It is delicious. If you like to eat aromatherapy, you should like it."
