MM272981****The B&B is very cost-effective. Because we came during the off-season, we were upgraded to a room type for free. The view on the second floor is even better, and the lawn is great for taking photos. They also provide afternoon tea, and there is a dedicated parking lot. As soon as the car arrived, the waiter came out to help with the luggage, and went to the room to explain how to use the room and electronic equipment. They also gave us a bottle of Lugu Lake water, which they processed so that we can drink it directly, and recommended a route around the lake. The most important thing is that I happened to catch the aunt steaming buns that day! The dough made with lard and sugar is super fragrant! ! ! In the evening, they also send goodnight milk, and give you souvenirs when you leave. It feels like a lot of things are given away, hahaha. I feel the hospitality of this B&B! There is also a little corgi, super cute! ! !

Environment: Directly facing Mount Gemu Goddess, the large floor-to-ceiling windows are perfect for photos, and there's plenty of natural light. The combination of green grass, blue lake, and distant mountains is simply stunning, and it's even more magical with the clouds rolling by.
Service: The service was very attentive, and they were very quick to respond to our pick-up and drop-off requests.

The toiletries were also thoughtfully provided, both high-quality and complete. Plus, there's free travel photography, which was so high quality; I wanted to pick every single shot!

MmiennWe stayed here for 2 nights and it was so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. This time we stayed with my family and everyone was very happy.
We were very touched by many aspects of this hotel. We really did not choose the wrong accommodation. First of all, the service of the team was very considerate. They would try their best to arrange some of our needs. They also have a pick-up service to Luoshui Village, which is very convenient for going out for dinner and shopping.
The room was very comfortable and the scenery was really great. On the morning of the first day, my family went out, and I didn't want to go out. I stayed in the room while watching Lugu Lake and reading a book. It was very comfortable. We saw the fire clouds and rainbows from the room. We were so happy this time!
There are many thoughtful details in the room, such as a small box next to the bed for things that may be needed for sleeping, such as earplugs, steam eye masks, and mosquito coils. Especially considerate consideration 👍
The rice noodles for breakfast are very delicious, very similar to the taste of my childhood, we all like it. There is also afternoon tea, which is delicious.
The hotel also gave us a gift before we left, which was very touching🙏
Overall, it was a very good accommodation experience, the service was very good, very good 👍
Special thanks to everyone in the team, Xiaoqiang, Xiaofeng, and a male waiter (I don’t know his name), the big sister who cleaned the room, and the big sister who made breakfast, everyone was very attentive, we felt very warm and touched. GGuest UserThe lobby of the B&B is comfortable, and the front desk is attentive and has excellent service attitude. We stayed in a lake view terrace room, which had a larger sense of space. In addition, the room was decorated with mostly wood, and all the equipment and toilet facilities were carefully arranged, beautiful and tidy. A good breakfast was prepared in the morning. When we were about to leave the B&B, the person in charge also gave us two bags of local specialty dried apples as souvenirs, which was really heartwarming! I highly recommend that if you travel to Lugu Lake, you can consider staying in this 5-star service homestay, you will not be disappointed!

GGuest UserThe guy helped me upgrade the room type. The view is beautiful. The hotel is very quiet. The facilities and services are also very good. There are also speakers, bonfires, and floor heating in the room. The view by the window is the finishing touch. As night falls, every frame is a different oil painting-like mountain and lake view! The surprise is the food in the restaurant, which is unexpectedly delicious. I bought the restaurant for dinner two nights, and there was white fungus soup and hot milk in the evening. It was a very pleasant experience!

GGuest UserThis hotel left an extremely strong impression on my family! For the price point, the location and view from our room was amazing. The view is unblocked, and we had a nice walk by the lake. There is a cafe beside the hotel which served nice drinks and food. The view from the cafe was excellent, and we would highly recommend paying a visit there! The room had a nice, cozy feeling and a spacious balcony. There aren't many restaurants in this particular town, but the main town is about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the hotel. However, the hotel is able to provide dinner! They have a several options to choose from like noodles and hotpot, and the prices are extremely affordable! The hotpot was really delicious as well, and the breakfast was scrumptious! In the morning, there will be dew above the waters of the lake, and the view is simply stunning. Overall, we had a really great experience here thanks to the helpful and friendly staff!

MM521165****The hotel boasts excellent design, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive, making you feel right at home! Our room had a breathtaking view of Lugu Lake; we could open the window and see it, and it was just a short walk to the lakeside where we could even take a 'pig trough boat.' The owner is a local Mosuo person, very polite and hospitable. We also got to visit their unique grandmother's house. Getting to Mount Gemu Goddess was also very convenient, and we even asked the owner for travel tips. The cleanliness was exceptional, truly a five-star cleaning experience. There wasn't a speck of dust anywhere, the glass was sparkling clean without any fingerprints. The bathroom fixtures were TOTO brand, and the bedding was high-end and very comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and exquisite!
The morning mist over Lugu Lake is truly beautiful!
I highly recommend this place to everyone!

AAnonymous UserI rarely leave reviews, but I really didn't want to leave, so I'm writing this on the road. I booked this hotel specifically for its lake-view restaurant. Even though I knew it had many positive reviews and would be good, it still far exceeded my expectations after checking in.
The facilities are excellent, and the attention to detail is impressive. It's rare to find a place that even provides alcohol wipes and face towels, which shows they genuinely care about their guests. Even as a germaphobe, I couldn't find a single flaw with the cleanliness. The service, in particular, deserves a special mention. Both the front desk lady and the shuttle driver were warm, considerate, and professional. Upon arrival, the front desk proactively upgraded my room and thoughtfully showed me both the original and upgraded room types so I could choose for myself. The shuttle driver was also always responsive and meticulous.
Regarding the environment, both the public areas and the rooms seamlessly blend with the scenery of Lugu Lake. Just sitting by the window in the room, enjoying the view, was incredibly relaxing. The restaurant offers even more breathtaking panoramic views of the lake and mountains. The hotel's ambiance perfectly mirrors Lugu Lake itself – serene, elegant, and secluded.
Compared to Lijiang, Dali, or Shangri-La, Lugu Lake lacks the over-commercialized hustle and bustle, offering more pristine, natural beauty, especially during the off-season. It's tranquil and leisurely, perfect for unwinding and contemplation.
