"My parents chose this hotel for their vacation. It's a beautiful hotel right by Lugu Lake, and pictures 1 and 2 show the interior and the view from the window. The lobby has a fireplace, and when it's cold, they light a fire, making it super warm and cozy. The service was excellent, and the afternoon tea was lovely, with a good variety of items and delicious mini cakes. They even had two days of great weather, so my parents really enjoyed their stay."

"Room facilities: They upgraded us to a beautiful room with a great view. The soundproofing was good, it was very clean, and even had a massage shower and a comfortable stone bathtub. "Wow! This guesthouse for my Lugu Lake trip is definitely my 'white moonlight'! Right outside the window is the sparkling Lugu Lake, it's like living in a painting! I could watch the sunrise from my bed in the morning, and at night, I'd sip hot tea on the patio and count stars – so incredibly romantic! The room has a cozy wooden theme, and the mattress was just right, not too soft, not too firm; I fell asleep instantly, it even cured my habit of having trouble sleeping in new places. The biggest surprise was the guesthouse's little courtyard, filled with flowers and plants, and plenty of lounge chairs. Spending an afternoon there basking in the sun was so relaxing. The service was superb; they helped us plan our route around the lake in advance and even recommended stunning photo spots only locals would know about. The rice noodles for breakfast, with their secret sauce, were so delicious I almost licked the bowl! When I left, they even gave me some homemade dried floral tea – so thoughtful, it brought tears to my eyes! Next time I come to Lugu Lake, I'm definitely staying here again; you can't go wrong with this choice!"

"This hotel is located inside the scenic area. You need to purchase an adult ticket for ¥70 per person to enter the park. Seniors over 60 get half price, those over 70 get in for free, and those over 80 can have one adult accompany them for free. The room facilities are complete, and the bathroom has a wet and dry separation. Disposable bath towels and regular towels are provided. There's also a bathtub in the room with a disposable tub liner. Plus, there's a mini washing machine, perfect for washing two jackets or 2-3 sets of underwear for enough people, and laundry detergent is included. Even though there's a big temperature difference in February, the air conditioning works great. The hotel is right by the lake, just a 3-5 minute walk away, and it's the best spot to watch the sunrise – no need to go anywhere else. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious! Overall, it's a great hotel with good value for money, you can tell they put a lot of thought into it!"

"Arrived late at Lugu Lake, but was thoroughly comforted by the warm service of our butler, Zhaxi. **Facilities:** The amenities were excellent and fully equipped. The air conditioning was incredibly effective at heating, warming up the room instantly even late at night. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and functional, making for a truly great stay. **Hygiene:** The entire place was spotless, with attention paid to every detail. The bedding and towels were clean and odor-free, making for a reassuring and comfortable stay. **Environment:** Boasting stunning views of Lugu Lake, it's tranquil and elegant. Waking up to such a beautiful view, away from the hustle and bustle, truly set a wonderful mood. **Service:** I absolutely have to commend our butler, Zhaxi! He greeted us warmly despite our late arrival, proactively turned on the heating to warm up the room, and was attentive and responsive to all our requests, making us feel right at home. **Afternoon Tea:** The selection was rich and exquisite, and the taste was on point. Enjoying it with the lake view was incredibly pleasant and rejuvenating. **Snacks:** Thoughtfully chosen and delicious, they were satisfying and filling, showing great attention to detail. **Minibar:** Fully stocked with drinks and snacks, and regularly replenished, making for a superb overall stay."

"The housekeeper was very thoughtful, calling two days in advance to confirm the booking and provide directions. The guesthouse is halfway up the mountain, and indeed, you open the door to a lake view. The room has a XiaoDu smart speaker, allowing voice control of various devices. We're used to using XiaoAi at home, so it was actually quite convenient, haha. No need to manually switch things on and off. The shower had great water pressure, and the heater worked wonderfully. In a place with significant temperature swings between morning and evening, a warm shower is really important! Breakfast is served individually, with milk, porridge, and rice noodles. The complimentary travel photoshoot was excellent; the photographer did a great job. The guesthouse reception also had many outfits to choose from, and I picked a purple ethnic style. The only downside was that it rained during my photoshoot, so the lake wasn't blue. For great photos, the weather really is key!!! Haha."

"I saw several, and finally decided to their home. The room was clean and the platform photos were the same as the actual ones. The newly opened and the facilities were perfect. The location is convenient to travel and it is very convenient to go to the pier by boat. The boss was warm and thoughtful and helped me take my luggage to the room, mainly because my suitcase was too heavy. By car and boat, it is arranged by the boss. The price is affordable, the travel is convenient, and the food and play suggestions given are also in place!"

"It was a great stay. I got in touch with the property two days before arrival. The lady helped me to negotiate a deal to get a hired car service from lijiang as well as an excursion circling the lake. The driver they recommend was also very professional and thorough. The place is at a great location, facing the lake and close to many good restaurants. All people at the hotel were very attentive and helpful, responding to my questions and requests instantly. They also offered to help us with the luggages from and back to car hire. The room is very comfortable and tastefully decorated too."
