"I recently stayed at the Hamptons by Hilton Jining Canal Park and had a mixed experience. While there were some positives, there were also a few notable drawbacks that impacted my stay. Positives: 1. Staff: The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay more pleasant. 2. Amenities:The hotel offers a good range of amenities, including, a well-equipped gym, and free Wi-Fi. These added value to the experience. 3. Breakfast:The breakfast spread was excellent! There was a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits to hot dishes, and everything tasted great. It was definitely a highlight of my stay. Negatives: 1. Location:The hotel is located in a rural area, quite far from the city center. This made it inconvenient to explore local attractions or dine out. 2. Air Conditioning: The AC in my room didn’t work properly. Despite having the settings on the coldest option, it only blew out warm air. This made sleeping uncomfortable, especially during the night. Overall, the hotel has its strengths, particularly in terms of service and amenities, but the location and AC issues were significant downsides. If you don’t mind being far from the city and can ensure the AC is fixed, it could be a decent stay."

To the front desk on the top floor, a staff member responded slowly, clicking on the computer, while gently saying that he would ask the waiter to go to the room to see and deal with it (go to see and deal with it? Looking for flies? Then how to deal with it? Swapping flies or spraying medicine?) This comparison is too heart-warming. The details are not very intimate. There is no trash can near the sink. Throw a toilet paper. You either have to go around to the toilet to open the door, or you have to go back to the coffee table in the room and toss back and forth. The self-service laundry room is even more helpless. Filling the laundry card is useless. From washing to drying to picking up, you can do it yourself. You can run up and down the stairs several times until you throw the laundry card in the trash can in the early morning. I didn't see the staff. This service is really perfunctory. The sound insulation effect is also not satisfactory. In the early morning, I heard the sound of suspected tractors and car whistling outside the window. For me who stayed in this sleep time for such a short time, it was simply worse. The lowest wind noise of the air conditioner is also loud. I didn't sleep well all night. Breakfast is OK, but the air conditioner is not very powerful, and you sweat while eating. I hope that hotel management staff can pay attention to these problems, optimize the service details and facilities layout, and bring guests a better stay experience."
