The hotel has an elegant and quiet environment, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is good, and you can rest well. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the facilities are complete, and the details are very user-friendly. The supporting facilities are perfect and the overall service is just right. It was the former Golden Kowloon Hotel, a four-star hotel. Just across the road is Yangtze University. It is quite clean. The floor is carpeted, but it is not easy to maintain. It is recommended to add children's toiletries service

I’ve always like Ji Hotel. The decor is consistent and classic. The location for this hotel is quiet and it suits my purpose for this trip to Jingzhou. The 阿姨 there brings out the microwave oven to help me heat up my food even though they are having their lunch. She even remembers that I stayed at level 10. Very good customer service. The other interesting observation is that this outlet doesn’t have urine smell on the engineered wood floor at the toilet. I think the 阿姨did a good job in cleaning.

Traveling to Jingzhou with my child, I originally booked a sweet sleep king room, but the front desk gave us a complimentary upgrade to a family king room. Although we didn't use both beds, the overall layout felt very comfortable with good ceiling height. I noticed many thoughtful little details when checking in at the front desk. The hotel is primarily a wedding hotel, and the service is very attentive. The only slight drawback is that the soundproofing isn't great (the double-glazed windows do a good job of blocking outside noise, but the soundproofing between adjacent rooms is a bit poor). On our second day, the room next door was used as a bridal suite, and there was some noise and talking at night. In the morning, they started filming quite early, which also made some noise, but it's understandable. Children's toiletries were provided separately, and a small gift was given. The breakfast selection was also rich. Overall, the experience was very satisfactory. Facilities: Generally good. Disposable toilet seat covers were also placed next to the toilet. Hygiene: Cleaning was timely. The only issue was that the shower floor tiles looked a bit dirty. It wasn't due to not being cleaned, but more like alkali buildup or accumulated dirt caused by the quality of the tiles. Environment: The environment is good, except for the slight soundproofing issue with the adjacent rooms. Service: Thoughtful, attentive, and warm.

The room is nice, new, big, and parking is convenient. Although the night milk is made of milk powder, it is very rich. The store is willing to give milk powder. Good night milk: good. The decoration outside is magnificent, but the room is ordinary, and there is no smart device. Service: The training of service staff needs to be improved. When the bed sheet was found to have stains, the front desk asked the aunt to come up and see. The aunt spoke fluent Jianli dialect, but she insisted that it was clean, and then rearranged the bed sheet and it was over. I don’t know which unlucky person will stay next time. The attitude of the front desk staff is OK, and they helped to change the room in time. Hygiene: There are white stains on the bed sheet, and the aunt insisted that it was the mark of the iron.

Our room was on a high floor, offering a beautiful night view from the window. The service was excellent, and both parking and transportation were very convenient. There were plenty of breakfast options nearby. The room itself was quiet and comfortable. Jingzhou was a great city to explore, and I'd definitely stay here again.

I've stayed here before, and I chose to stay again on my return to Shishou. Parking is incredibly convenient. Previously, there wasn't much around here, but now there are plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment, which is really handy. The stay itself is quite comfortable, and the view of the lake and bridge outside the window is especially beautiful at night.
