This hotel was a true hidden gem. It had such a warm, cozy atmosphere, and the staff made us feel like family. The location was convenient, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with great service!

I booked this hotel randomly, primarily because of its proximity to the river, and it exceeded my expectations! The hotel's environment and decor are clearly well thought out and beautiful, with fresh flowers everywhere. The front desk staff were very warm and helpful, and the room hygiene was excellent. The rooftop garden was a huge bonus; enjoying a drink there in the evening with the river breeze was just lovely. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Jingzhou.

The room is very spacious and belongs to the kind of simple and bright, but the details are still not in place. There are not many varieties of breakfast, so-so.

The bathroom is too crowded to turn around. If you bend over, you will hit your head or buttocks. There are mosquitoes in the room. The car was parked under a tree. It was very clean. It was even cleaner after a heavy rain the next night. However, the staff flushed the mud onto my car, which was too much.

Cons: the hotel in general is general dirty, the elevator smell bad and when we enter the room The table extractor sounded strange, we had a hard time knowing how it turned off. Near the beds we found hairs, the extractor It was full of dust. The shower dorm had a leak that wet whole bathroom. Pros: the breakfast was very delicious. We definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

First of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter. It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.

The experience of coming to this seaside homestay is great! You can see the beautiful sea view directly from the window of the room. I was awakened by the sound of the waves in the morning and fell asleep with the moonlight at night. The rooms are warm and clean, and the facilities are very complete. The boss is super enthusiastic and recommended a lot of local food and play routes to us. Stay here next time you come to the beach!
