GGuest UserI give a full five-point rating to the service here. I rarely write so many reviews. There are so many advantages. I was upgraded to a balcony room for free when I arrived. They helped me carry my luggage in the car in the rain when I checked in, delivered a disposable basket to the room, delivered peanut drinks for dinner, and sent souvenirs when I left. The waiter's sincere service attitude throughout the whole process can be said to be better than all the five-star hotel services I have seen. The chef of the restaurant on the 4th floor is very good. The Russian food in the evening is large. Three people ate two meals, and the breakfast is also rich.

LLILIjianggEnhe was truly the most beautiful place on our Hulunbuir road trip, and choosing to stay at the Linyue Hotel was definitely the right decision. It's less than 20 minutes from Enhe Village, very secluded and quiet, and opposite a scenic area. The hotel room was incredibly cozy, spacious, clean, and warm, with many cute little lights and a humidifier. The abundance of negative forest ions instantly put me to a deep sleep. I didn't open the skylight for stargazing at night because I was too sleepy to ask the staff, haha. Overall, it was really great, and the hot water was plentiful. One small suggestion is to add a table/stand in the living room for bags; our family had a lot of stuff that was all spread out on the floor.

GGuest UserService: The customer service lady had a good attitude and was patient in giving directions. She even picked us up at the door with an umbrella when it was raining. It was not the peak season when we arrived, and the customer service took the initiative to upgrade our room type. The housekeeper, Mr. Tang, also helped a lot. He drove a sightseeing bus to take us around the scenic area and introduced the amusement facilities in the scenic area. Thank you very much!

It is a shortcut from Shiwei to Bailu Island to Mangui and then to Mohe, saving 400 kilometers. The hotel is located deep in the quiet Daxingan Mountains, with pleasant scenery. But you should also prepare yourself for the experience of staying in a local government guest house. The service quality is far from four-star. Please lower your expectations.

GGuest UserMy husband accidentally saw the yurt, which is exactly like the hotel facilities, clean and with plenty of hot water. Especially at night, you can lie down and watch the stars, because the yurt has large glass on both sides. It is also worth mentioning that this yurt is hidden deep in the mountains in the grassland, and it is really quiet at night.
It would be better if the breakfast was a little better.

There was no smell. There were a few points to talk about. First of all, I lived in rooms 209 and 210. The car can't drive in the yurt area. There is a shuttle bus to pick up, we take the luggage and the group prepare to go to the shuttle bus, communicate with the driver and say that we will go to the room number, and then the driver told us to walk very close, so in such a hot day, no trouble for the little goth to run once, just carry the suitcase to find, The result was that it was the penultimate row for a long time. It was more than 100 meters away. It was hot and it was a wooden road to drag luggage and laborious. I also took the children. I really don’t know how far it takes for the little brother to pick us up in a fair way. I will definitely pull down this service. I couldn't open the sky curtain when I entered the room. I couldn't see the stars at night. I asked the waiter and said that it was broken. The room was booked and could not be changed. . There is no TV in the room, and the hot water in the bath is basically enough to wash one person. How to say that, since you want to be high-end, you must keep up with the sense of service, otherwise you can't be a repeat customer.
