"從一個旅遊從業者角度綜合評價一下這家酒店優點： 1.設施新、裝修現代化，整體比較乾淨，在莫爾道嘎這個鎮子上算是很好的度假酒店了，也因此價格並不低，物以稀為貴，都可以接受，表示ok。 2.位置還算OK，自駕客人更方便，周圍環境一般（周邊破敗的房舍） 3.配套餐飲（正餐）不錯，菜品精緻，菜價不算太貴，味道不錯。缺點： 1.服務意識差，我所訂的房間在2樓，需要走一段比較高的樓梯上樓，我拖着20kg的行李箱上樓，很難，但是無工作人員協助。入住和離開均無協助。 2.衞生細節差！剛剛入住時簡單看衞生還不錯，但是露台煙灰缸全是煙灰，凳子也都是灰，表示細節太差！其次，我是連住2晚酒店，第二天下午4點回到酒店，發現酒店衞生一下沒打掃，就連垃圾都沒收！我們垃圾桶已經推的老高了！還是我打電話到前台，阿姨才來收拾下。酒店給我的解釋是，因為連住怕弄亂我們東西，所以不打掃。what？我又不是第一次住酒店，這個理由牽強了點吧。 3.此次入住酒店最無語的，被酒店清潔阿姨pua！早晨讓阿姨來給房間拿2瓶水，阿姨一進來就和我推銷山貨（説自己菜的蘑菇），説多好多好，我們表示了不要，然後還和我不斷推銷。結果下午，我們回到酒店，阿姨再一次推銷起了她的蘑菇，我們説不需要，她説來我們這不帶點山貨，那不是白來了麼，意思是你高低得整點，徹底給我整火了！ 4.早餐普通，種類不多，晚一點的話，衹能吃點剩下的，對於1200一晚的房價，真的感覺有點過於簡單了！其次，我訂的是3-4人住的loft套房，酒店衹配備2瓶水2雙拖鞋，這些細節真的有點不行了吧……… 我是個不愛點評的人，此次大興安嶺一起9晚酒店，衹給這一家，望改進………"
