The hotel's location is excellent, close to Wanda but not too noisy. The room was spacious enough and comfortable for two consecutive days. The breakfast was excellent, with variations in the menu. The staff were also very welcoming. Ms. Zhang Wei at the front desk was very nice and especially enthusiastic. She was very patient with my questions and provided thorough explanations. The hotel is right next to the train station square, making it convenient for high-speed rail travel. The amenities are superior to Holiday Inn Express hotels in other cities. The room is spacious and has a bathtub. A call to the front desk will even deliver a disposable bathtub set. The overall service is excellent. While the professionalism is a bit less than at other Holiday Inn Express hotels, it's definitely above average. It's probably the best hotel in the county. By the way, they also provided a complimentary late-night snack of stir-fried snails and edamame, which was a particularly thoughtful touch (see Figure 3).

The hotel is in a good location, next to the mutton soup pot, which tastes good; it is not far from the Eighteen Moon Lake, which is convenient for sightseeing. The hotel is very warm and quiet, the facilities are very new, the service attitude is good, and it is worth staying again.

The room facilities were new and very clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and parking was free. There was complimentary bottled water in the elevator area; take as needed. We were braving the heavy rain and wanted to drop off our luggage at the supermarket to buy some water after getting off the highway. The hotel's hospitality was evident from the moment we entered the elevator. The bathroom had a non-slip mat, a thoughtful touch. The disposable razors were also a nice touch. Hot water came out very quickly, basically in 3 seconds. This was truly the best hotel we stayed at during our stay.

This is probably one of the best hotels in Nanjiang. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the bedding was comfortable. It was quiet at night, and we had a good rest. What's especially worth recommending is that the price didn't increase during the May Day holiday. The room rate was less than 200 yuan, which is really worth it!

The price of the room is medium in Bazhong, but the laundry facilities are too low. Two old washing machines are complicated. The operation is complicated. The operation is not easy to do without professional guidance. The efficiency is particularly low. The basic laundry drying is not possible for two hours. The laundry area is not even equipped with a seat stool. Did the management not go out to inspect the laundry equipment of the hotel all seasons? Anyway, I won't come again after staying this time, MD, this experience is too bad!

The location is perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions, and there's a fantastic selection of food nearby, so no need to hunt for restaurants. The room was quiet and peaceful, and the amenities were excellent, ensuring a very restful sleep. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious, like home-cooked food. Xiao Min was incredibly down-to-earth and efficient with check-in. She even proactively shared sightseeing routes, which made planning our outings so much easier and stress-free.

Our stay this time was absolutely wonderful, and I particularly want to commend Yuan at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and polite during check-in, communicated very patiently, and provided thoughtful and meticulous service. She even proactively upgraded our room, which made our stay even better and significantly enhanced our experience. Whenever we had an issue, she responded quickly and genuinely, leaving us with an excellent impression. Many thanks to Yuan for her considerate service, and thanks to the hotel for fostering such outstanding employees. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit, highly recommend!
