"The hotel room is very bright. The light is very good, the room is also equipped with a sofa, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep. The room was clean and tidy. The riverside king-size room had a great environment and a wide view. The front desk lady, Ms. Zhang Wei, was very friendly and provided a fruit plate upon check-in. She also introduced the culture and geography of Bazhong, recommended delicious food, and even upgraded her king-size room for free. This is commendable. The hotel's breakfast was rich, delicious, and varied.

The hotel has a nice view, beautiful environment and quiet. However, the sanitation is average, the handle of the bathroom is a layer of gray, and the toilet is not cleaned. What surprised me the most is that there is not even the least hook in a resort hotel. I don’t know where to put the towel if I don’t want to replace it. Can throw it in the dirty clothes

The hardware standards are very high, justifying the price. The whole family had a very comfortable stay. The surrounding environment is nice, located within the Guangwu Mountain scenic area, with beautiful scenery. Hiking trails are easily accessible right outside the door. The service is also very personalized, striving to meet all customer needs. However, I would like to suggest improvements to the upper management. While the staff are very service-oriented and have a good attitude, they clearly lack professional hotel training. Their service procedures are not standardized and are unprofessional, which is not worth the five-star hotel price.

AxueerThe room facilities were new and very clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and parking was free. There was complimentary bottled water in the elevator area; take as needed. We were braving the heavy rain and wanted to drop off our luggage at the supermarket to buy some water after getting off the highway. The hotel's hospitality was evident from the moment we entered the elevator. The bathroom had a non-slip mat, a thoughtful touch. The disposable razors were also a nice touch. Hot water came out very quickly, basically in 3 seconds. This was truly the best hotel we stayed at during our stay.

YangguangwujiaThe rooms were first-class, and the service was excellent. Due to the peak tourist season, the restaurant wasn't very large, and reservations were required. The hotel offered room service, which was a great idea (since there were two bedrooms and a large living room with a mahjong table, it was convenient, prevented smells from mixing, and faced the garden). The downside was that during the peak autumn foliage season, cars weren't allowed in the scenic area, so guests had to bring their own luggage and take a shuttle bus, after which the guesthouse would pick them up from the bus stop.

Guest UserI want to commend Xiaomin for her excellent service; she promptly helped us with every issue we had. The hotel's location is also great—there are plenty of food options right outside, and it's convenient for getting to attractions. Plus, there's always parking available. The only downside is that the room is a bit small, especially the toilet area, which feels so cramped you might hit your head if you squat down. I hope they improve this in the future. (Didn't take photos, so the image isn't related!)
