Contact us for more information.Farm Experience Brush a horse or pony, rub the tummy of a friendly pig, feed our social chickens, watch our mini dairy goats being milked or help us with pack goat training by joining us on a goat walk along one of the trails on our property. Then you are welcome to join us for some farm chore fun if you want! THINGS TO KNOW:This is a 1200 Sq Ft separate living space attached to our main house with exclusive access to a full kitchen and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. It is meticulously cleaned between each guest. Sleeping arrangements - This is a two bedroom cottage with two bathrooms. The master has a queen bed with its own bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds with another bathroom next to it. There is a folding bed in the second bedroom closet if you need to sleep a fifth person.Location - We live on a picturesque, tree strewn property of 6 acres in beautiful New Harmony Utah with walking paths throughout. It is about 20-30 minutes to the closest town depending on which way you go. Accessibility - This Cottage is wheelchair accessible with drive-up access, extra wide doors into the Master Suite, and a walk in double shower.Connectivity Options - The Cottage is equipped with a strong and reliable WIFI internet connection and a small ROKU connected TV with streaming options. There is no cable or satellite TV available. Heating/Cooling - Central heat and air conditioning with the added bonus of a wood burning stove.Our animals sometimes make noise - While the country life is peaceful, farm life is not always quiet. Our livestock and animal family may disrupt a late sleeper or evening napper if the cottage windows are open since they can sometimes be vocal when they are waiting to be fed in the morning and evening. We try to minimize this as much as possible! Please book a farm experience to enter animal pens - We love to share our animals, but we ask that you please wait to go into any pens until we are with you. Our animals are extremely friendly, but for safety purposes we need to be with you in the pens. You are welcome to look at them and pet them all you want from outside the fence!Please do not feed the animals - Several of them are either on special diets or have sensitive tummies. Please help us keep them well!Camera surveillance - We have several security cameras in use around the exterior of the house for everyones safety.No smoking, vaping or drug activity allowed on the property at any time. No parties!Please note that we are an hour later than Las Vegas if you are coming from that direction.You are welcome to arrive late in the evening if needed. The property is less than 1 mile from the I-15 freeway. Zion National Park is located only 32 miles away, Bryce Canyon is 125 miles, and St. George is 16 miles away.You will find everything you need in this adorable tiny house. There is keyless entry to check-in anytime after 3 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.There are two extremely comfortable queen beds with one located in a loft with a small step ladder. The kitchen has smaller appliances with a fridge, dishwasher, 4 burner stove, oven, and full sink. There is a coffee maker, toaster, and all other cooking essentials. A LG all-in-one washer and dryer is available for guests. Two clothing drawers are located on each side of the lower bed and suitcases can fit under the bed. A four person dining table is a perfect eating area and may also be used for a game table or desk space for a laptop. More seating is available outside with a picnic table and small bistro table. A propane grill is located outside for guests. The bathroom has a vanity and full stand up shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a portable crib located under the bed if needed. WiFi is available at the tiny house with a username and password. The 32 inch Roku TV has Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, and YouTube. The air conditioner and heater is an all-in-one unit and has a remote control to regulate the temperature inside the home.Our tiny house is perfect for travelers who plan to visit multiple national and state parks in Southern Utah. The I-15 freeway is also less than a mile away for those travelers who are passing through and need a quick place to stay. This is more than a place to stay. It is an experience. We have horses, goats, chickens, and often other animals. Big and roomy there are three bedrooms with queen beds.there are two twin, roll-out mattresses and an ottoman that pulls out into a twin bed. The kitchen has a stove top, air-fryer toaster oven, plug in griddle, rice cooker and a crockpot, plus all dishes, pots, pans and utensils you could need. Also a Keurig coffee machine. I supply fresh eggs when I have them.if you want them.The spaceThis space is in my daylight basement apartment. It has its own entry. You never have to see anyone. Your privacy is secured as the ceiling is made of steel beams, rebar and cement. There are games, books, TV and a fireplace. We have also added a bonus game room.Guest accessWe are on five acres and you are more than welcome to meander everywhere. There are benches throughout and a tire swing. You are also welcome to say hi to the chickens, horses, ducks and goats. They will all treat you like a rockstar, especially if you bring them food. The wire around the horse pen is hot. So step inside, with the horses to say hi to them. They love carrots and apples. Only 1 or 2 each though please. Other things to noteThere is also a washer and dryer in the space. Yay!
