The separate cabin was cozy and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. I had a couple of issues though. I attempted to confirm our reservations two days before our arrival, but phone messages and emails went unanswered until the day before our arrival. In that the inn is located in a remote area, I had to make contingency reservations at another hotel, which I cancelled after my reservation with the Bush Inn was finally confirmed. The loft sleeping area is unsafe to access by ladder. Elderly and overweight adults and children are apt to fall using that ladder. The shower curtain feels as if I am inside a plastic bag. Nightly train whistles are annoying and sleep disruptive. I'm surprised Index residents haven't taken action to curtail them.

The room was clean. Albeit needing some maintenance. Bed was comfy and air conditioning was adequate for the room. Breakfast was great. The morning staff definitely went above and beyond to make sure your day starts well. Overall a little noisy at night with thin walls but pretty typical of a hotel like this. The area definitely has a homeless problem. But the hotel seems to do pretty well with not allowing it on or near their property. Typical common sense rules apply, don’t leave valuables out in the open, etc.

Good room with acceptable size! Breakfast was simple yet great! Got a great check in service provided by Las. Would definitely go back again!

The hotel is quite far away from down town although it's nice hotel and some good restaurant nearby. Facility is good and they have a restaurant & bar inside, very nice. You can also find some good restaurants that not far from the hotel.

I live here almost every time I go to Seattle. good environment. The hotel's facilities are still very well, swimming pool, bar, dining bar, large floor-to-ceiling windows, grass on the window, small gray rabbits everywhere on the grass. There is also a steakhouse at the door of the hotel. There are many places to eat and shop, Korean supermarkets and Korean restaurants.

The room is not big, the facilities are good, the shower is comfortable, and the surrounding environment is clean.

Pro: Very functional room, they provide plates bowls and all the pot tools in pantry, all you need is just ingredients. TV channels are great. Con: $10 charge for parking. breakfast ran out before ending. front desk employees can not figure out billing issue.

The rooms are all suites for hotels like our family with children, and the king size bed is very comfortable. The hotel is also close to the surrounding commercial shopping plaza.

I chose this hotel because I was going to see the Boeing factory. The surprise is that the hotel actually provides a free shuttle bus (hotel shuttle, or business car) to the Boeing factory, as well as the bus station and train station. For those who do not drive That's great! An Asian waiter at the front desk was very enthusiastic and asked questions. There was no kettle in the room.
