CChristy HouchenGreat time fun outdoor furniture space my kids loved the basket Ball court the pool and hot tub was beautiful just weather wasn't good the fire pit was beautiful and warm and the other guests were friendly the sweet lady who checked us in was amazing and friendly the Wycliffe champagne is amazing breakfast could be a little more better but at least it's beautiful 😍❤️ but don't eat the McDonald's nextdoor it sux and absolutely didn't get the order right after 4 time's I gave up

GGuest UserThe elevator is a nightmare, trying to get on and off with so many people. You have to use the keycard to get on the elevator and it does not always work. They don’t have microwaves in room so, I had to continuously go down stairs to warm my food and coffee.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the north side of the highway, with no direct neighboring buildings apart from other hotels nearby. There are quite a few restaurants diagonally across the road. Although it's only a few hundred meters in a straight line, you need to drive around to get there. The hotel staff were very nice and patient. Breakfast was typical American, with no vegetables, but still acceptable. The only downside was the air conditioning; it was very old and noisy, sounding like an engine when running, which affected sleep at night.

GGabrielAlways clean and welcoming. Stay here every December for a soccer tournament and it never disappoints. Awesome pool for the kiddos to swim in and a great outside space for the parents to hang out!

JJayhooThis hotel is the second time to stay, the location is very good! Going to Plano's restaurant is very close! Health and attitude are good. The price is not bad, that is, the first time I went to not charge the parking fee, but the second time I went to collect the parking fee of 10 dollars!

GGuest UserAlthough close to the highway, it is quiet. The swimming pool on the first floor is not bad. There is a treadmill. Breakfast is not bad. It would be better if bottled water is provided in the room. Note that most hotels do not have slippers to bring their own.
