Great
GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Universal Terra Luna Resort, and overall, I had an enjoyable experience, especially considering the resort has only been open for two months. Here’s a breakdown of my stay:
Design & Cleanliness: The resort is sparkling clean and beautifully designed, with a fresh, modern aesthetic throughout. The lobby, in particular, is stunning, spacious, airy, and a great place to relax or meet up with friends.
Rooms: The rooms are on the smaller side compared to other resorts I’ve visited. While space is a bit limited (including the bathrooms and sink areas), the rooms themselves are gorgeous, with thoughtful decor and comfortable beds. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage or need extra room to spread out, keep this in mind.
Dining: There are several restaurants on-site, and I found them generally nice. The food is decently good, but don’t expect a huge variety—menus are somewhat limited. However, there’s a convenient market for sandwiches and snacks, which is handy for a quick bite.
Bars & Pool: The resort features two excellent bars: one indoors and one by the pool. Both offer great atmospheres to unwind. The pool area is fantastic, while not very deep, it’s perfect for families and a great spot to cool off and relax.
Staff & Service: The hospitality staff were consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming feel of the resort.
Overall: Universal Terra Luna Resort is a wonderful addition to the area. It’s clean, stylish, and offers a lot to families, especially. While the rooms are a bit compact and the dining options could be expanded, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would visit again!
GGuest UserThis is place was clean but it charges $29 for parking a car !! It was not disclosed in the room rate. Also I stayed during Memorial Day weekend and the check in line were almost out the door with only 2 service people working. Long lines and check in was not seamless as other surrounding hotels. Also, The shared hallways smelled like dead animals.

KKareenCEverything quite convenient, loved having a bedroom, 3 beds, 2bathrooms+toilet for our family of 5. Alarm clock is cute - different characters to wake you up gently instead of a blaring alarm sound lol!
Staff members were all wonderful, smiling and friendly.. Free car parking is helpful if you have a car but don’t need to use during your stay as transport is very convenient to get to/from the Disney areas - Bus to Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios/Disney Springs/Summer Winterland (same bus as Blizzard Beach), Skyline to Epcot. Although I must say, it felt like there were more buses returning to other resorts (like Pop Century and All Stars vs Art of Animation; maybe 3-4buses for every 1). Comes quite frequent though, traffic played a part on delays.. Pop Century is located next to Art of Animation so we considered taking that bus and walking back to pass through the Skyline station as the resorts share it, but we’d always surpassed our walking steps during a park visit so just waited..
Laundry mat is handy, gets very busy during the afternoon/evening as expected. No quarters needed, can pay via QR code. They have a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets. Staff had visited whilst I was doing laundry several times to clean and sanitize machines.
Early entry to parks a great perk, saved and opted not to buy any lightening passes. We would take advantage of early entry, do a few rides and then head back to the resort to relax for a couple of hours and then head back to do more rides/parade/fireworks etc at about 2:45pm.
We kindly received complimentary access to play mini golf as the check in staff member recognized we’ve travelled quite a long way 🥹 - thank you, it was so much fun! Complimentary access to Blizzard Beach also included, unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of it as our stay was during what seemed like an Arctic blast! 🥶
This has been our 3rd stay here, it always gives beautiful memories to take home with us 🥰

GGuest UserThere was a microwave in the food court, and the soda refill machine offered water and ice.
The water had no odor and was easy to drink.
There was a shuttle bus, which made access to the park easy, and it was a very well-equipped hotel for the price.
There was a Walgreens nearby, which was convenient for shopping for daily necessities, and there were also restaurants like IHOP near the hotel.

GGuest UserIt was great to have a kitchen, and there was a CVS and convenience store nearby for easy shopping. Sea World was also within walking distance~ It was a satisfactory place to stay.
CC7xOur hotel room didn’t felt clean and it’s quite dark even when all lights were on. We had issues with our tv - it couldn’t be on, so we called the front desk and they said they’d send someone to fix it in 10mins, nobody came till the next morning lol. Only good thing about this hotel is the free breakfast it came with, it’s near disney and it has shuttle services.
AAnonymous UserI had a comfortable stay without any discomfort. It was also nice that there was a microwave in the room. The facilities were a little old-fashioned overall, but there were no issues. There was a drugstore within walking distance, which was convenient. I think it was good value for money.

XXiaonaoThe hotel offers no room cleaning service; they only empty the trash bins every three days. In hot weather, leaving trash for days is unsanitary and unbearable, so we had to find our own trash bags to replace them. The bedding was arranged like a 'sandwich': a bottom sheet, the duvet insert, and then a top sheet. This meant that with even the slightest movement during sleep, you'd directly touch the duvet insert. To make matters worse, my duvet insert was incredibly dirty, covered in multiple blood stains of various sizes and other unidentifiable marks.

CCarmelWe liked our stay at this hotel. Liked the location and our room.
Staff are accommodating.
Breakfast was good but hopefully a breakfast buffet will be available too so as to have more options for the free breakfast included.
Definitely would rebook here for future travels and staycations.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff were all very polite and did their best to help with any small questions or problems.
However, the room had a constantly running faucet, which needs repair. Additionally, there were cockroaches everywhere, so people who are sensitive to that might not be able to stay here. There were also dead cockroaches inside the refrigerator, raising doubts about whether proper cleaning is being done.
