Find 3-Star Hotels in Niagara County

Although it is a bit far from Niagara Falls, it takes about 40 minutes to drive. This hotel is very cost-effective, the room is spacious and clean, the breakfast in the morning is quite satisfactory, and the front desk service is very friendly!

Loved this hotel! It was a great location. Room was super clean and huge! Check in staff could have been nicer, she was very short and said maybe 10 words. But we would stay again. Breakfast was great! Tons to pick from! Coffee was hot and satisfying. Would recommend this hotel again. Just recommend check in staff friendlier. Also noted the hot tub room needs more Lighting, the lack of lights made it look very uninviting

Walking distance to the Niagara park as well as to Rainbow Bridge to cross to Canada. Laundry room with a washer and a dryer is helpful. We are party of three adults, and the room of two double beds are of adequate size. The hotel is new and clean and neatly kept. I will return again if I am back.

As it is a chain accommodation, it is well-maintained overall. There are two locations in the same area, so I was briefly confused because I chose the wrong place, but it wasn't a major issue. The parking facilities were good, and the staff were friendly. If I visit again, I think it would be good to make a reservation.

Room was clean, breakfast was decent. Robert at the front desk was amazing. If you have any questions about anything in the area, or want a locals advice of where to go or what to eat, he's the guy! Will happily come back here for future trips.

The room was very clean and spacious but the balcony was very dirty and had a dead bird which was never removed even though it was brought to their attention. The room had a microwave which was convenient. Niagara was like a 20 minutes walk away and the trail was beautiful to get there. Other hotels are closer to Niagara tho. The hotel staff did not seem to understand what was included in the booking as he was new and told us breakfast was included but it wasn’t. Had to go quite a distance to a Walmart. Overall, there are better options closer to Niagara and the main areas with lots of options to shop and dine.

Location: Although the location is great as this hotel is very close to the visitor center. But at night the area around the hotel is very dark and seems unsafe. Front Desk: A little too preoccupied with process and not really great at communication. We had booked a room with two queen beds online and paid in advance. At the hotel we requested if the same can be changed to one king size bed - the receptionist foolishly changed the room to one queen bed room !! Restaurant: Great staff, very helpful and inviting and always ready to explain even the most basic things to foreigner like myself. Cleanliness: Great Job !!

I went to see the falls. Although this town is small, KFC and McDonald's are nearby, which is convenient. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is quite surprising. The buffet breakfast is also OK and you can eat enough.
