Guest UserSo many problems, from check-in to eating & drinking to amenities to wifi to paying, that for the first 3 nights I had 4 different rooms! The only reason I have given this an ”average” rating is that the staff tried their utmost and were brilliant, (other than one, who has quite a surly attitude), and they and management did sort out most issues by the end of my stay for the week.
