Beautiful apartments! We have remained very happy with our accommodation! Perfect everything! New guest, clean light spacious rooms, super-convenient location, free parking!!! And separate thanks to the owner, very caring and attentive person, made our rest very comfortable!!! All-all necessary is!!!! Down the fruit shop, a lot of shops, convenient transportation interchange, all nearby! I highly recommend these apartments, come back here !

Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Yücel bey ve Andaç bey çok ilgiliydiler. Kendilerine teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. Güzel sohbetler ettik gayet cana yakın insanlar. Çevre ile ilgili işimize bayağı yarayan bilgiler de sundular. Turist vergisini de bizim yerimize ödeyip hallettiler,sağolsunlar. Başka özel işlerimizde de yardımcı oldular sağolsunlar. Hotelin konumu güzel. Old Towna yaklaşık 20-25 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Otobüs istasyonuna 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Diğer turistik noktalara giden yerel halk otobüslerinin duraklarına da yakın. Çevresinde bir sürü cafe var. Küçük bir avm ve süpermarketler mevcut. İstediğinizi bulmakta zorlanacağınızı düşünmüyorum. Tekrar yolumuz düşerse tekrar kalırız.

An incredible experience! Just a 10-minute walk from the old town and the beach, with shops, bakeries, bars, and cafes nearby. Special thanks to Igor, who answered all my questions. The room was clean, and I liked everything about my stay.

Rest in this hotel in the comfort room with a small terrace and a separate entrance. It was truly a pleasure to spend time on the outdoor terrace with a view to the mountains. The room is very convenient with the kitchen, where you could cook a full lunch, dinner. A spacious room divided into zones looks like a studio apartment. Cleaning in the room, daily replacement of towels. Everything for comfortable accommodation. Recommended.

The apartment is very congested, not so well planned with its amenities. The bath towels given were the size of a face towel, which was quite inconvenient. The host is nice and helpful. Located close to the bus station but far away from old town.

When I booked, it was called Adriatic Urban Apartments (a screenshot of the booking is attached), and the geolocation was marked for a different building, and the phone number listed on the voucher didn't match. I wandered the street looking for the building by photo and barely found it, but mine was labeled ”Urban,” and the door said ”Stefan” and a different phone number. I spent half a day texting support and two phone numbers, the reception is electronic, and there's no staff at the hotel. Check-in is at 2:00 PM. I arrived early, and it's good they only sorted things out around lunchtime. If I'd arrived in the evening, I might have spent the night on the street. All I wanted to do was drop off my suitcase and go to the sea, but they told me to come back at 2:00 PM as expected (this is the first time this has happened). Over four nights (five days), the room wasn't cleaned once, no trash was brought, no towels or sheets were changed, and I asked for toilet paper in the chat. The room itself was nice, but the air conditioning was weak and unregulated, so I didn't worry about it anymore. The terrace was great, and that saved the day.

The hotel is perfect! The location is unbeatable, close to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and most importantly, the Old Town! The beaches are also a 5-minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and modern, equipped with a hairdryer, toiletries, air conditioning, a large TV, and more. The food is amazing; breakfasts are large, filling, and delicious. Everything is fresh and hot. The owner is simply wonderful, friendly, always helpful, and very responsible. I give the hotel 100 out of 10, I definitely recommend it, and I will be back!

Booking was easy, the location was good, and so was the price. When I arrived, I couldn't find it for a long time. It turned out I was in the right place, but there was no receptionist or signs. If you don't have a signal, that's a big minus. When I found Wi-Fi, I called WhatsApp and found a place. We checked in earlier than the stated time, everything was great, the room was clean and fresh. I went to take a shower and found someone else's towel in the bathroom. There were two sets of towels on the bed, and another one was hanging on a hook in the bathroom. So, out of three sets, only one was clean. There was also a stain on the bed, a lot of unpleasant details, furniture without handles, a leaky shower, outlets with damaged plastic, and protruding wires. Internet access was important to me, but the Wi-Fi wasn't working. I wrote to the receptionist, but they never fixed it. I thought about staying, but because of the lack of internet, I went elsewhere. Pros: - quick check-in - free parking - clean room - easy check-out - the receptionist is always available - convenient location

This hotel is really good! The Wi-Fi in the room works EXCELLENTLY 👍 There's a hairdryer and a kettle. They provide any kind of crockery you need, even salad bowls 👍👍👍👍👍 They clean every day 👌 and change towels daily too 👌 They're also super helpful with any questions, like where to go or how to get around 😊😊😊😊 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ The restaurant food is delicious 😋 I tried the beef 👌 pork 👌 fish 👌 and chicken 👌 I ordered various dishes and they were ALL tasty, plus the prices are lower than in other restaurants 👌

Excellent receptionist welcoming! Two properties under Eden ownership. One has reception counter is hotel, while the other next to the hotel along the sidewalk is B&B. I took a room at the B&B, which every room has own balcony. The weather is so nice by sunshine and comfort breeze. I had two windows and balcony door opened. Superb, definitely better than keeping air-con all day long. Heads up for NO shampoo supply at the B&B house BTW.
