I stayed at the hotel bestland. The breakfast was very delicious and the number of items was high. I also used the sauna in the large communal bath, but it was clean and relaxing. I think it is a hotel that is close to the station and can spend comfortably overall.

Parking is convenient, and the room isn't too cramped. Convenience stores, gas stations, and laundromats are nearby, which is very convenient. The guesthouse staff are very proactive in communicating, sending email reminders and notifications frequently; the service is excellent. Since we were traveling with a young child, we opted for a more relaxed stay on the first floor, which made it even more convenient.

Every time I go to Tsukuba, I will stay at this hotel. The transportation is convenient, the room is comfortable, the hotel service is intimate and thoughtful, you can borrow a bicycle to travel, or you can borrow a foot massage machine in the lobby to relieve fatigue. Very recommended!
