My stay at this accommodation was absolutely fantastic and far exceeded my expectations! The place was impeccably clean and wonderfully quiet, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. One of the highlights was the food—breakfast and dinner were served daily, and each meal was unique, prepared with incredibly fresh ingredients. Every dish was delicious and thoughtfully crafted, adding a special touch to the experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming stay. It’s truly exceptional and well worth it!

The room is relatively small, but it has everything, clean and sanitary, with a safe and refrigerator. It is very good for one person to live in. The hotel uses a credit card to take the elevator, which is safe and guaranteed. The breakfast is very rich and cost-effective. It is very close to the Research Institute subway and convenient for travel

This is one of the best hotel I have stayed in Japan within reasonable prices. I was visiting Center for computational science, Tsukuba University. The shuttle service of the hotel is very nice and convenient. If you are visiting KEK this hotel is also perfect. The one thing I love about the hotel is the public bath and the Sauna. One thing is missing is the public bus information. That is a bit confusing if you are travelling from the Tsukuba center.

Located a 10-minute walk from Tsukuba TX Station and the bus terminal, the hotel is in a quiet area, perhaps reflecting the generally peaceful nature of Tsukuba. The breakfast was good 👍, with a good variety of options, and the restaurant window overlooks a charming Japanese garden. There was a young man at the front desk who spoke Chinese.

Although it's a 20-minute walk from the station, the parking lot is spacious and there are many restaurants nearby. I could see Mount Tsukuba from my room window. The bathroom and shower were separated, and the bathroom facilities were clean. The room was compact but comfortable. They offered unique services, such as free beer and highballs from 5 PM to 8 PM, which was a refreshing change. The dining area was also cleaned frequently and was very tidy. The low price and included breakfast were also appreciated.

Honest, kind, essential, and yet, there's a wall filled with amenities for those who may want something extra, at no cost. Also a welcome drink.

It's far from Tsukuba Station, so it's safer to travel by car or taxi in summer and winter. The facilities were clean and I would definitely use it again. There is only one large public bath, so men and women are allowed to use it at different times. The number of beds may differ from the photo, so please read carefully when making a reservation. The double room had a double bed, not two. I didn't check this enough...

It's an old building, but I don't care. There is a convenience store in front of you. The parking lot can be parked in front of the entrance, but about 10 cars. Amenities are shampoo and rinse set. Body soap is soap. If you are particular, bring it. The amount is within 4000 yen and is very satisfied.

The night view from the room at night ､ was very nice and ､ healed. It was a little far from the nearest station and it took a little time to walk, but the beer set and fried rice of the Chinese restaurant Gaki general on the way were delicious. I think the inn is probably renewed. I thought that many employees were young. I was satisfied with the breakfast with many items.
