GGuest UserI stayed here with my elementary school-aged daughter for a mother-daughter trip. We opted for the double bed on a room-only plan. The room was small but perfectly comfortable and incredibly clean, which I was very happy with. We were coming back from Disney Resort, and while it was in the opposite direction from Tokyo from Maihama, it was still very close and the price was relatively low, making it an excellent choice. Best of all, it's right next to the station, practically on top of it, and there's a convenience store too – simply perfect! I will definitely choose this place again.

PpikychExcellent place to stay for a while. It's placed in 15 minutes of walk from the nearest station, Nishi-Funabashi. The road from station to the hotel might be a bit tricky, but it's easy to navigate with Google maps.
Rooms are very clean, they have ECO option, if you choose one, the cleaning staff will provide room service every 4 days, but not every day, it saves water and energy, so I recommend it.
Very convinient self check-in system.
There is a breakfast option, but in this hotel the breakfast is either a bento from Lawson or sandwich. Both are good quality.

Amenities such as bathing agents are also substantial.
I was able to spend a slow time.
There was also a smoking room and I was satisfied.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel because it's close to Ichikawa Station and reasonably priced.
There were a lot of foreign guests, though.
The elevator went right from the first floor to the room without any security.
On the eighth floor, there were massage chairs, toys for toddlers, a manga area, and a laundry ice machine.
There were several types of shampoo and treatment, which was nice. Men won't have any problems with amenities.
Water isn't provided, so it's best to buy it at the convenience store nearby.
The bed in the room was large, but it wasn't big enough for the size of the room, so I couldn't pull out the chair in the desk area.
I stayed there in the summer, and it was just right even without turning on the air conditioning.
The Wi-Fi was weak, so I had to find a spot with a strong signal or it would cut out.
The built-in refrigerator hadn't been used for a while; when I opened it, I was hit with the smell of dried squid, which made it unattractive.
The bathroom had a slight moldy smell.
Overall, I gave it a three-star rating, and the price was attractive.

EEu Jin TohExcellent experience here - the staff were warm and hospitable. Hotel was also conveniently located beside the Ichikawa Shiohama station along the JR Keiyo line, which meant that the Disney Resort was only less than ten minutes away by train. My children thoroughly enjoyed their time here, and we will certainly be back.
