Good quality hotel in Siliguri, well maintained and clean. All the staff are very accommodating. The restaurant has an excellent range on the menu and the quality is superb. We ate there all the time. Also restaurant staff are very helpful 🙂

The hotel is in a very convenient location and aesthetically appealing. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. As we booked the rooms in the hotel twice in 10 days, they were generous enough to accommodate us in upgraded rooms, even though had booked through MMT. The staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Although, it was one time trip, definitely will visit again if given a chance.

I had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, offering a variety of well-prepared dishes that catered to different tastes. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive, always ready to assist with any queries or requests, which added a personal touch to the service. The overall ambiance of the hotel was inviting, with excellent facilities that made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

This is a transit hotel for people going to various destination within north bengal, sikkim, bhutan. Hotel has all amenities as required for short stay. Good location, connected to major rail, bus auto, taxi stands. Food is good, breakfast us ok not much choice. Staff behaviour is ok. Only one negative is allowing lobbies to be smoking.

We stayed there for 3 days. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and reached out immediately even for minor inconveniences. The food was very good as well. Rooms were tidy and well maintained.

The road to the hotel was a bit broken. Otherwise, a good experience.

It ok , would be better if they are more clean.
