The rooms were clean and amenities were proper and functioning. The pool was clean and there were great trees and plants near the rooms. Food was on point and the resort was within walking distance of arambol beach. All necessary items are nearby the resort. Owner umesh definitely has done a great job at hospitality and is a very down to earth person.
I recommend this hotel for travelers who have been to Goa before and appreciate Indian flavor and service. The rooms are quite adequate, with a large refrigerator, kettle, and glasses. There's no closet; our room had an extra bed on the second floor, where we stored our clothes. There's a TV in the room, but it didn't work, which we didn't need. The bathroom is basic, with an open shower. Cleaning service is available upon request and is quite adequate. The pool is maintained, cleaned, and the water is changed regularly. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the beach, and the wonderful Kerama cafe is just beyond the fence. The hotel's courtyard is cozy and charming. Overall, the comfort of your stay depends on the neighbors. Sometimes large groups of locals would check in and have a great time, so keep that in mind, as it's mostly locals who stay here. The staff deserves credit – they quickly cleared up any mess the next morning. If you are traveling in a large group and can occupy most of the rooms (there are only seven, I think), this is the ideal place for a large group.
Hotel is good, there is a practice area. Overall comfortable. Guys are perfectly cooked at the hotel. Breakfast didn't like. On the menu - yes. Bed only double beds. There is a night check-in. The upper floors are strongly winning: The rooms below are heard by the top of the neighbors, the frightening movement and the smell of the sewer
