"Excellent hotel and staff, brought us masala tea upon check-in, very nice! Helped with any question. Also cleaned constantly, and this is surprising for Goa. The bathroom is well-renovated and also clean! The room has everything you need, air conditioning, mini kitchen with a stove. The only minus for, pillows, very thin, Convenient location, always action, and at night it is not scary to return."

"An experience to forget, dirty and little care in the service. Too busy on the cell phone and not taking care of the customers. We will definitely not return.... And we certainly do not recommend it... Rooms equipped with only one towel, cleaning on request, mice wandering around in the garden. Inconceivable to see the dirt both in the area used for breakfast and also the towels on the filthy deckchairs.... and the staff comfortably lying down looking at the cell phone."

"The location is right on the beach and near to lots of bars and restaurants. At the moment, there is a rule in Arambol about live music stopping at 10pm so it isn't overly loud. You can hear the sea when the music is not playing. It is at the quieter end of Arambol beach (regarding sunbathing tourists) which I liked but there is still music playing. This may or may not appeal. The room was basic, but clean when I arrived. I stayed for 6 nights, and they never came into my room. Not to clean, not to empty the bathroom bin. Not for any reason. That is fine by me as I am ok to empty my own bin, but may bother others. The linens and towels were old but clean. Weirdly, I asked for an extra toilet roll after day 4, and I was told I was entitled to only one but that they would make an exception! The length of your stay appears to be irrelevant to the amount of provisions. They also didn't provide a top sheet. I asked for one and he seemed uncertain if I cold have one and said he would let me know later, then forgot (and apologised later). They said I had a blanket and could use that - but those are rarely cleaned so I didn't want to use it next to my skin. It was actually okay as I didn't end up needing it, but if there had been lots of mosquitoes there would have been zero barrier. The owners were friendly and said hello whenever I passed them."

"Rested in this hotel for 21 days. Excellent hotel.Let me tell you more. My husband is disabled , moving on an electric chair that creates some difficulties when choosing a hotel. Tour operator assured us that the hotel is full-accessibility for small people. But when we arrived we found that two steps need to be overcome to the hotel, which is unrealistic for us without the help of two or three men. Talked to the manager, explained that we needed a pandus. The next day, the pandus is ready. Unreal speed for Indian men, which was very pleased. Going to the hotel area right on the left of the respiratory, where you can also buy cool drinks. There are several rooms in the hotel. There are rooms with the second floor, there are one-story. In each room is air conditioner, ceiling fan, teapot, refrigerator, a little dishes, hot water.There is a TV, but we never turned it on. In the shower, there is gel, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. All rooms are clean, comfortable, no livelihood. Bedrooms and towels are changed on demand. Cleaning at least every day. There is a small pool on the hotel area that is cleaned every day.Water is clean, cool.The pool can be rolled on lying. Although the hotel is located near the beach and is a parking lot nearby, it is quiet enough thanks to the location of the rooms in the yard of the hotel. From the morning we have been offered a variety of menus (on the standard of GOA). Staff excellent, friendly, responsive. Never needed to ask them, always helped themselves. The only shortcoming was - lots of garbage in the parking lot. Well here to be surprised. Many visitors - lots of garbage. The beach is located no more than 100 meters from the hotel. Very many cafes and restaurants around for any taste. We especially liked the Kinara restaurant. , which is just next door to the corner. The rest in this hotel left only positive emotions. Thanks to the owner and staff of the hotel."

"My stay at 12 Monks Goa, under the management of Ayush, was disheartening, marked by a series of disappointments and an unsettling atmosphere. Despite pre-paying for an extra mattress, it was not provided upon arrival, and efforts to address the issue with Ayush and the unprofessional staff were met with indifference. Their threatening behavior, at times reminiscent of goons rather than hospitality professionals, created an environment of discomfort and fear. Additionally, the presence of half-naked men in mixed dormitories made the stay particularly uncomfortable for female travelers. The absence of access to Ayush, the property manager, after 9 pm left guests without a reliable point of contact during nighttime hours. 12 Monks Goa failed to meet basic standards of professionalism and customer service, making it a regrettable choice for any traveler."
