"Excellent hotel and staff, brought us masala tea upon check-in, very nice! Helped with any question. Also cleaned constantly, and this is surprising for Goa. The bathroom is well-renovated and also clean! The room has everything you need, air conditioning, mini kitchen with a stove. The only minus for, pillows, very thin, Convenient location, always action, and at night it is not scary to return."

"An experience to forget, dirty and little care in the service. Too busy on the cell phone and not taking care of the customers. We will definitely not return.... And we certainly do not recommend it... Rooms equipped with only one towel, cleaning on request, mice wandering around in the garden. Inconceivable to see the dirt both in the area used for breakfast and also the towels on the filthy deckchairs.... and the staff comfortably lying down looking at the cell phone."

"The location is right on the beach and near to lots of bars and restaurants. At the moment, there is a rule in Arambol about live music stopping at 10pm so it isn't overly loud. You can hear the sea when the music is not playing. It is at the quieter end of Arambol beach (regarding sunbathing tourists) which I liked but there is still music playing. This may or may not appeal. The room was basic, but clean when I arrived. I stayed for 6 nights, and they never came into my room. Not to clean, not to empty the bathroom bin. Not for any reason. That is fine by me as I am ok to empty my own bin, but may bother others. The linens and towels were old but clean. Weirdly, I asked for an extra toilet roll after day 4, and I was told I was entitled to only one but that they would make an exception! The length of your stay appears to be irrelevant to the amount of provisions. They also didn't provide a top sheet. I asked for one and he seemed uncertain if I cold have one and said he would let me know later, then forgot (and apologised later). They said I had a blanket and could use that - but those are rarely cleaned so I didn't want to use it next to my skin. It was actually okay as I didn't end up needing it, but if there had been lots of mosquitoes there would have been zero barrier. The owners were friendly and said hello whenever I passed them."
