"comfortable, clean, the clerk is all friendly, really recommend"
Its an old hotel that needs some renovation such as the room doors and toilet. But the place is modest, breakfast buffet is great. If one is a transient who has a purpose within UGM campus, this hotel is a good option.
First time staying here. Come come at noon and off the lights. Surprised Villa class no Genset. Guests were told to wait until the Electric turned on. Very disappointing should be at Villa Prepare Genset. Finally, the staff gave a 2pax Breakfast Competition. The Kirain is the same as the given when breakfast there is Fruit, the Cake turned out to be only Yellow Rice & Orange Juice. For hygiene, it is maintained, but there is a Flek in the dishwashing sink very dirty, the water lid is not worth it, even if the one in the bathroom sink is broken. Ask for Free Compliment Towel Art & Greeting Card not provided. I can't even ask for a late Check Out, even though yesterday I only asked for a while I checked out late waiting for the family Friday prayer was still not given. Thank you for the experience of our stay, our villa story.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The amenities are very basic, no fridge nor other fancy appliances but hot shower, AC. Towels are not very decent. For budget reasons, you can bring your own towels to stay there.
Overall, it was okay and met my expectations. However, in the bathroom, there's no partition between the shower area and the toilet/sink, so water tends to flood and pool on the floor around the toilet and sink.
