Find 3-Star Hotels in Cidadap

Every time I go to Bandung, I always stay here, the atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable.

+ Able to store luggage before check-in. + Customer service was quite responsive in replying to WhatsApp messages. + There's a cafe inside the hotel. - The bathroom had a slight odor. - The AC in room 304 was broken. Even though it was set to cool at 16°C with the fan on full, it still wasn't cooling. A staff member came in the afternoon, but only fiddled with the remote to make the AC blow air. However, after about 4 hours, it still wasn't cold. The staff came again to check and said it seemed like there was a freon issue. We asked to change rooms, but were told the hotel was full with no solution offered. Finally, we took the initiative to ask for a bed to be moved to the adjacent room (we had booked two rooms, 302 & 304, for three people). So, all three of us ended up staying in room 302.

Toiletries, washing dishes & mineral water no provided. But location is ok

Overall is good, what can be improved : 1. No water dispenser 2. No tissue

Good budget hotel with excellent location and average room. I booked deluxe twin room for 2 nights. I expected to get a front room but when I checked in, I got a room beside the car park at behind the building.

It is located on a small road and a bit far from the main road, so perhaps not an ideal location to stay. When we came there, part of the hotel was being renovated so we couldn't enjoy everything. Apart from that, the stay was enjoyable. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the breakfast is very tasty.

The apartment is excellence..but trip.com gave a wrong my phonenumber to the apartmen owner so they cant contact me and having trouble when im arrive at apartmen coz everything not ready
