I stayed here 3 times already, and I am always satisfied with the place and service. Definitely will come back here later!

Nice room, clean spacious, big mattress according to the photo. There is drinking water and one bath soap. There is a hair driver and water heater. The menu at Roku Cafe is delicious and the prices are affordable, like in cafes in general. The only thing that is a pity is that the AC is not cold in room 622. Suggestion to the manager is to have the AC serviced.

Lokasi sangat strategis Apartemen ini terletak di Jalan Dr. Cipto No.14, Pasir Kaliki, Cicendo, Bandung — cukup dekat ke banyak pusat penting: pusat perbelanjaan (Living Plaza, Cihampelas Walk, Braga City Walk), rumah sakit, akses transportasi.  2. Fasilitas dalam unit lengkap Unit-unit dilengkapi AC, dapur/kitchenette, kulkas, TV, peralatan dapur, mesin cuci, WiFi. Banyak pengunjung menyebut dapurnya bersih dan perlengkapannya memadai.  3. Pelayanan & keamanan memuaskan • Keamanan 24 jam.  • Petugas yang responsif, misalnya ketika tamu datang pagi dan menitip barang diperbolehkan.  • Kebersihan unit dan fasilitas cukup terjaga.  4. Ruangan yang lega & nyaman Untuk tipe 2 kamar tidur, kamar cukup luas dan nyaman bagi keluarga kecil (pengalaman keluarga 4 orang cocok).  5. Fasilitas tambahan & lingkungan pendukung • Ada fasilitas seperti parkir, rooftop, taman lingkungan, keamanan.  • Lokasi juga mendukung aktivitas sehari-hari: ada akses ke tempat belanja, keperluan umum terjangkau.  6. Nilai positif dari tamu Berdasarkan review dari Traveloka dan situs reservasi lainnya, rating apartemen ini cukup tinggi (di antara apartemen di sekitarnya) untuk aspek kenyamanan & lokasi.

Grand Pacific Hotel Bandung delivered a warm and attentive stay. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, offering quiet respite after busy days exploring Bandung. Staff were courteous and responsive; after I mentioned limited vegan buffet options on day one, the kitchen thoughtfully arranged dedicated vegan selections for the next two days, which I appreciated deeply. Facilities were clean and conveniently located. Overall, the hotel balanced comfort and genuine hospitality, making my short visit both restful and pleasantly accommodating.

for that price it's worth it, clean, comfortable and quite strategic

Hotel Serena Bandung offers a prime location, earning a solid 5 stars for its proximity to the Bandung Train Station. The staff's friendliness is exemplary, garnering another 5 stars for their clear instructions and helpful demeanor. While the value for money is decent for a 2-star hotel, scoring 4 stars, the cleanliness and facilities fall a bit short. With a rating of 3 stars each, the cleanliness could be improved, and the facilities, though simple, are somewhat lacking, especially with WiFi only available in the lobby. Overall, it's a convenient option with friendly service but could benefit from some upgrades.

Everything are very fine about this hotel... Only need to cross the road when came out from station bandung.Clean and really friendly staff.... The only thing need to change is the breakfast choices... almost same items when we stay here for 3 days but if we came back to bandung again... 100% we will book this hotel again ...

Very happy for children swim front of room, but water to cold. for food restaurant just low budget buffet, only rice, noodle, chicken, bread, coffe, tea, so it's bad for breakfast.

the room they gave me was a non smoking room with a connecting door connecting to the next room. however, the guests that night was a huge pain. they talked loudly, and smoked so much that my room smells so bad from the smokes. they kept talking until 3am+. i hope you ban those ******. people paid room to get rest. not to hear loud chattering until 3ish in the morning and smell cigs.

The list is not strong, but the water is broken, the parking is 3 thousand thousand, there is no wifi
