PPo BobAnother good stay here , I highly recommend it .
The staff are excellent ,always greeted with a smile and go out of their way to accommodate you .
The house keeping staff do a wonderful job in keeping this older building sparkly clean and the maintenance dept is to be congratulated as they do not have an easy job but do it well .
Location is good and lots of cafes ,eateries and shops , good transport links .

GGuest UserRelatively alright in terms of overall stay, was mostly jetlagged and slept it off. Breakfast was definitely a good thing to wake up to, and the staff were really, really accommodating.

FFarmer JohnThis hotel has seen better days unfortunately.. Maybe it was once a main hotel chain but the current owners are struggling to keep on top of issues. .The first room offered to me had a mouldy damp smell. The second option was better . But overall I couldn't recommend a stay here.

Bed wasn't that comfortable for me as was too hard but that's preferred taste.
Service was great, accommodating me wishing for a microwave.

GGuest UserA nice hotel close to Birmingham Airport. The room was OK, the toilet was quite small but very clean.
The receptionist was very kind. There is a bus stop at 100meters from the hotel for the airport which is very convenient. A very small super market at 10 minutes walking and generally a nice neighborhood. The price was a bit high for this kind of hotel.
