We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was calm, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also convenient and made getting around very easy. The only small improvement I would suggest is having a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. This would make the stay even more comfortable, especially for guests who enjoy a hot drink in the room. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

Great hotel for an early departure or late arrival at Malaga airport. No shuttle but easy Bolt or Uber to the terminal, and easy bus ride into the city from nearby bus stop. Nice rooms, good breakfast, great staff.

The hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, but public transportation is convenient. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but there's a large outlet mall. We reserved the loft and we had high expectation with the accommodation given that the photos and reviews were great. In reality, everything was great as expected including cleanliness, location and amenities. It is very close to Malaga Cathedral, and the room environment is decently refurbished. However, the service is not up to standard. First of all, we arrived early and requested for an early check-in. However, the request cannot be fulfilled. Second, there was no luggage storage within the facility and we had no choice but to spend extra money for nearby lockers. Third, the check-in service is all set up and processed via online check-in form and WhatsApp. The contact persons are not helpful as our requests were not fulfilled. No early check-in, no luggage storage and no real-person concierge. Also, the Wi-Fi password is too complicated and the room access requires the hotel Wi-Fi connection. The mobile connection is weak for the area. Overall, the accommodation was great, but the guest service has a big room of improvement.

Good location, within 10 mins walk to both central stations, so great place to base in. Very easy to walk to center as well (around 10-12 mins walk), and good transport links to various places, with the bus stop to the airport within 5 mins walk from hotel. Biggest problem is that room's beds do not actually come with blankets (kind of strange, not sure why), they only come with beddings (like coverings that are very thin). Service is great and they let you leave baggage with them as well after/before check out check in.

I love the hostel. The staff is really friendly and nice. They are helpful for the first timer and guides well. The capsule is comfortable and unique experience. The bathroom have all you needed; shampoo, body lotion, body shower etc. The most important thing is the toilet has bidet. The pantry amenities is good and well maintained.
