Very typical European family-run hotel. It should be a hotel rebuilt by its own house and courtyard. It is well operated. Many details are very attentive. The location is relatively easy to find. The room size is not small, the equipment is slightly old, and the breakfast service is very attentive to make up for the lack of category. Without air conditioning, the store provides a fan with a strong mechanical sense ～

So glad I stayed here instead of a hotel Pristine property, easy to get to by bus and in a lovely area of Bonn Will definitely look to stay again

The hotel is very good and very comfortable. Centrally located with direct connection to the public transport, business of daily needs and gastronomy. Friendly and welcome staff, from booking to Check In, Housekeeping, Breakfast service to Check Out. All was fine. Beautiful, clean & bright rooms with balcony. WiFi is free. Free parking outside the door, deep garage at charge. All in all a great experience, we always like to come =)

Going to the Bonn Goethe College for an exam, I don't know if it is because of the proximity to the school. It is a bit noisy at night. Others are better than expected, clean and tidy.

Like a small apartment, it is very convenient and tidy. The whole process is very smooth. The room is small but the facilities are relatively comprehensive and practical. I will consider staying again in the future.

The hotel is well located, but there are some problems with customer service. The staff on one shift don't seem to communicate well with the staff on the other. I had a problem with the shower head, it was simply stuck and came off when I went to take a shower late at night. I informed the receptionist on duty and the next day I had to leave early and came back late, but the situation remained the same. When I asked the same receptionist on duty, he simply told me that he had been notified, but that he didn't know why the repairs hadn't been made. The hotel is well computerized and works with electronic keys and tags to activate the doors, but the process of enabling the tags (or numbers) is sometimes slow.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was incredibly quiet, and the rooms were neat and tidy. One of my favorite features was the small kitchen, which made my stay even more convenient. The hotel left a thoughtful note recommending a nearby candy company called Haribo and I’m so glad they did! The candy there was absolutely amazing. I ended up buying a lot of sweets to share with my family and friends. A big thank you to the hotel for pointing that out! Would definitely stay here again.

Very basic hotel, looks quite old-fashioned but it has everything and very clean. Located just outside the old town, with many restaurants around. Worth the money. Just one thing: the lift is shaking a lot while running, that’s a bit scary 😅
