On the way back to Shanghai from Fujian, I originally planned to stay for one night, but I stayed for three nights until I had to return. The room was well-equipped and comfortable, the weather was too hot, and I basically drank tea in the room to rest. I praised the cooking skills of the small boss. The best taste and the highest price-performance ratio of the homestay in Zhejiang! The original taste is exquisite, and every meal is CD-ROM. Dining at the hotel saves a lot of time and has been in a relaxed rhythm. The boss also took us to visit his cellar, which is definitely professional. No wonder osmanthus wine and bayberry wine are so delicious. I also participated in the theme lecture of the proprietress, a very relaxed exchange salon. I met such a treasure homestay and met the fairy boss family. It was a wonderful experience! come back next time!

返程路上就迫不及待要來評價一下這次的住宿體驗了，完全超乎想象。 ✅民宿環境：真的很乾凈，我是梅雨天入住的，房間裏沒有一點異味，廁所也沒有任何發黴的地方。 ✅睡眠體驗：安安靜靜，睡得很踏實，入住期間住客挺多的，完全沒有被打擾過。 ✅住宿視野：民宿正門口就是大山坡，我們住的301室，窗外就是小山坡，偶爾有些散養雞會跑過來，不過早上完全不用擔心被打鳴吵醒。 ✅民宿性價比：景區自營的酒店有點小貴，適合躺平玩法，我們此行目的是親近自然，大部分時間並不在酒店裡，所以住宿衹考慮乾淨安靜+價格合適。 ✅服務態度：老闆的友善真的是當代稀有美德！和住客的溝通清晰，對於突**況也會靈活應對，儘自己所能幫助客人，這是衹在超五星酒店才會體驗到的服務，不同的是，酒店服務員是被績效考核約束的，但是在這樣一家山腳下的小小民宿裏，全憑老闆一腔熱血來實現，真的很絕！ 😁遊玩期間我也挨個路過了做功課時候對比清單裏的其他民宿，各有優勢，但是因為這次體驗極好，所以以後再來雲和梯田就認準小埠裏！ *民宿是沒有餐飲的（我判斷這也是乾淨的原因之一），不過完全不用擔心吃飯問題，因為1公里開外都是餐廳，老闆負責車接車送～吃完走回民宿消化消化也很舒服～

I booked this home stay the night before just looking for somewhere to stay in the area. To say it was nice is an understatement, the service and hospitality I received here was nothing short of a home love, I wished I didn’t have to leave. The owner was very generous and kind and the room was even better than the pictures. They had an intern who went beyond to make me comfortable, she took me to restaurants and took photos of me in the town and constantly on hand if I needed anything. Could not recommend enough!!

The boss gave us a free upgrade to the parent-child room considering that we have children. He contacted us in advance and booked his favorite dinner. The vegetables were grown at home and the taste was really good. The room was big and clean, the bed was really comfortable, the price of Samsung, the standard of five stars. The infinity pool photo is really beautiful, if three or five friends avoid the world here, it seems to be in a paradise.

Location of the hotel is one of the best in 七星墩. The property upgraded us to a nice balcony room, we only need to stay in the room for all the views. What I love most is waking up by the sunrise ... No worries about getting dressed in this early hours to go for the sunrise. Other then the room, the others area of this property is not properly maintained. Messy ... Breakfast is not good at all.

Recommended for self-driving travel, the location of the homestay is in the villa, quiet, unique scenery but a little remote location, very suitable for vacation The service was very good. We arrived at 10 o'clock in the evening. The hotel had helped to open the air conditioner in the room. The next morning, I opened the curtains and was stunned. The scenery is really in line with my understanding of ”avoiding the world”. There are peacocks and black swans next to the hotel to visit. There is a swimming pool (we didn't open it in winter). I see there are barbecue facilities. There is a large terrace for group building or parent-child travel. The hotel provides meals, breakfast is free, although the number of varieties is not as good as star hotels, but it is very homely and full. The housekeeper will add WeChat to inform the precautions on the day of check-in. We booked the wrong room type and the front desk also made a free upgrade adjustment. In short, the scenery and service corresponding to this price made us very surprised.

The homestay was not as good as expected. The location was relatively open for a round mountain road. When I went down the mountain, it was just foggy and the visibility was very low. Cancellation for one day after communicating with the boss, breakfast is relatively simple. The most regrettable thing is that the bath water is small and not hot. I am really afraid that I will catch a cold after washing.

The proprietress is very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to recommend nearby attractions and guides. The small cafe at the entrance of the hotel is also very good, and the overall experience is good. The standardization degree is really not as good as the hotel. There is almost no business near the hotel. It takes about 15 minutes to get in and out of the national road.

The room is quite good, the environment is clean, the bedding is comfortable, there is a stream at the door, very shallow, you should be able to go in to fish in summer. There are several terrace tea rooms in the hotel, you can chat. The door is a silent door, and the boss is attentive. The homestay has its own parking space, contact the boss in advance to pick it up. It’s very close to the clouds and the terraces, and it takes ten minutes to drive.
