Facilities: Excellent. The smart home assistant is very convenient to use. It also features a smart toilet and direct access to Lushan spring water, making tea preparation easy. Cleanliness: Superb. I checked it; even the corners and bay windows were spotless. Environment: Located halfway up a small hill, the scenery is beautiful. It's right next to Huiyuan Road Station, on the main street, making it convenient to go anywhere. The cable car station is only a 3-minute walk away. Service: The receptionists were very helpful, warm, and helpful, answering all questions promptly, especially the pretty young lady. A GL8 provides shuttle service, so luggage is not a problem. I especially love the name: ”Retreat to Seclusion.” It perfectly reflects my state of mind.

[Love] The location is superb, just near the Shandong Gate of Lushan, within walking distance, convenient parking, and charging piles. It is especially worry-free to go to San Diequan. The environment of the homestay is quiet and elegant, the log wind decoration is warm and comfortable, the public area has a tea room and an observation deck, and the atmosphere of watching the mountain view in the evening and the starry sky at night is full. [Love] The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom amenities are complete, and the details are in place. The boss and his wife are warm and thoughtful, take the initiative to help carry luggage, patiently explain the route, and also recommend many local niche attractions, as intimate as family. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, with a full local flavor. [Love] The overall experience is far beyond expectations, quiet and healing, warm service, high cost performance, come to Lushan to play here and never step on thunder, will choose here next time!

The hotel we stayed at when we went to Wucheng Town to watch birds is relatively new. The ventilation system in the room has some problems and it is quite stuffy. The flashing light of the toilet seat is very disturbing at night and we cannot unplug the wires. The breakfast and service attitude are OK.

This stay is so satisfying! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable like sleeping in the clouds. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful and patiently answered all questions. The location is super convenient, the subway station and the business district are just outside. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great! The price is really high

The views from the room were absolutely stunning—you can enjoy beautiful mountain scenery right from your window, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. However, the location is a bit far from 牯岭正街, where most restaurants and tour bus stations are. It takes about a 15–20 minute walk, which can feel quite tiring after a full day of climbing and exploring in Lushan. There is a shortcut—about an 8-minute uphill walk to the cableway station where you can catch the tour bus to 牯岭正街—but the last bus is at 6:40pm. If you stay out later, you’ll need to walk back (which can be quite a workout 😂). The hotel provides a washing machine and dryer, but there’s only one of each, so you may need to wait during busy periods. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for scenic views and a peaceful stay. However, it may not be the most convenient option if you’re traveling with elderly family members. One big plus is the free pick-up and drop-off service from the cableway, which is very helpful.

The hotel offers a complimentary pickup service from the Lushan mountain bus station and the mountain cable car entrance. I was really touched that they came to pick me up even though I was the only guest. After I got off the cable car, I called them, and they arrived in just a few minutes, like my own private car, haha. Once we arrived, the staff carried my luggage all the way to the hotel. After I checked in, they even brought it to my room – so thoughtful! The front desk also helped me plan my itinerary and told me about the sightseeing bus schedule. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the main street, with beautiful views. The dehumidifier worked wonders! My clothes dried completely overnight after I washed them. The only minor downside is the lack of large bath towels (I heard this is common in Jiangxi). They provide thin, disposable towels, which aren't quite enough if you have long hair...

Choosing this hotel gave me a lot of unexpected surprises! Must be five-star praise! 1. The hotel is right next to the ropeway and it is very convenient to walk for 5 minutes. At that time, I was holding a large suitcase, and the little beauty boss also arranged for the driver to drive to the ropeway entrance. The service is very warm! 2. Come over by car, park the car at the hotel and take the cableway to Lushan. After staying in Lushan for two nights, the hotel helped to waive the parking fee and save 60 yuan. 3. The standard room booked includes 2 breakfasts, and an extra one is given, which is equivalent to no charge for breakfast for children. 4. The hotel's breakfast is in the back yard, there are several outdoor dining tables, the environment is very comfortable. During the National Day, the price of 200+ enjoys these services and feels very satisfied.

This is the largest B&B at the foot of the mountain. It is very close to Donglin Temple, just a few minutes' walk away. Donglin Temple is definitely worth a visit. The owner of the B&B is amazing. We are a family of seven, and the owner arranged two cars for pick-up and drop-off every time. He kept giving us drinking water during our trip, which was convenient for us to carry when we went out. He also arranged a car for us to go to Sandiequan, Lushan Giant Buddha, Bailudong Academy, Xiufeng and other attractions. In addition, the B&B also provides breakfast. The breakfast is clean and hygienic, and the food and drinks are more than enough. I will stay at their home next time I come to Lushan. My three children all love staying in their parent-child room. I highly recommend it. Friends who come to Lushan should stay at Huazhu Shanshui Tan B&B.

Coming to Lushan made me realize how important choosing the right hotel is! Shanshui Luyi Hotel is located on Guling Main Street, right downstairs from restaurants and transportation hubs, making it convenient to go anywhere. The room, though small, was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the hot water was great. Despite the high humidity on the mountain, there was no musty smell. The service was the best part; the front desk staff were very helpful in planning routes and even provided free shuttle service to the cable car station. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lushan. Highly recommended!
