SSongzhongjiMy stay at Lushan Lotus Terrace Garden Resort was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is nestled on the mountain, offering a serene environment and fresh air, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The complimentary parking and luggage storage services were a thoughtful touch. It's especially perfect for anyone looking to unwind and relax in Lushan. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

LLeesa DaviesWe liked the nostalgic feel of the hotel. It makes you feel like you have gone back in time. The room is a little bit dated (shower screens need some attention), however it still had that touch of class. The front steps are a killer, however there is a lift to bring you up the level of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our heavy suitcases up the many steps. There is a bus station almost out the front of the hotel to tour the mountains many scenic areas. It is not in the shopping area of Kuling Street, but it's an easy bus ride to visit this area. We liked that there are a few restaurants, cafes and convenience stores close to the hotel as well. We were not able to use our foreign credit card and as we could not use WeChat pay, we needed to find another way to pay for the room with assistance from family with a Chinese bank account. I think it was because it is not part of a large chain of hotels and is in a relatively remote area. But overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Secondly, the room was clean, the boss turned on the floor heating in advance, and the winter was so happy. The boss upgraded the loft room type, which is very suitable for families with children. The most important thing is that the restaurant is delicious. Every dish is made by the master, and the pot is full of gas. Especially recommended is radish fish head, bean skin scrambled eggs, fresh fish head, soup milk white, mellow taste, but no addition, will not be thirsty after drinking. I have eaten in the store for two nights in a row. You can order food in advance and eat it again when you are done. It is very convenient. Although the snow failed, the winter Lushan has another taste, plus a good hotel is also a good experience. Very recommended

The staff were incredibly welcoming and checked me in super quickly, even taking the time to introduce the hotel's facilities and local attractions. The room was clean, tidy, and very cozy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had perfect water temperature and pressure, and the toiletries were of excellent quality. The hotel's breakfast was rich and varied, offering both Chinese and Western options, and everything tasted amazing! The freshly made omelets and pastries were especially delicious and exactly to my liking. The location is also very convenient, right at the exit of the cable car's upper station, and the sightseeing buses are just next to the hotel. Upon checkout, the staff even gave me a small gift. It was truly a memorable and pleasant stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit this city. Highly recommended to everyone!

The staff helped us with our luggage the entire time, and the hotel even has its own parking spots, which solves the problem of finding parking. Since we booked two different room types for our two-night stay, the staff, considering we'd have to switch rooms in between, proactively upgraded us to an incredibly beautiful room. We were able to enjoy the snow, rime, and the mists of Mount Lu right from our room.

Even when it snows heavily, the room is not cold at all. Fruits are given in each room, and the oranges are very sweet. The breakfast is also very delicious. The service attitude is super good. The front desk upgraded the room for free. Because it is not very convenient for us to bring our baby, they also delayed our check-out. When we left, they also gave us a thermos cup and souvenirs. GGuest UserChoosing this hotel gave me a lot of unexpected surprises! Must be five-star praise! 1. The hotel is right next to the ropeway and it is very convenient to walk for 5 minutes. At that time, I was holding a large suitcase, and the little beauty boss also arranged for the driver to drive to the ropeway entrance. The service is very warm! 2. Come over by car, park the car at the hotel and take the cableway to Lushan. After staying in Lushan for two nights, the hotel helped to waive the parking fee and save 60 yuan. 3. The standard room booked includes 2 breakfasts, and an extra one is given, which is equivalent to no charge for breakfast for children. 4. The hotel's breakfast is in the back yard, there are several outdoor dining tables, the environment is very comfortable. During the National Day, the price of 200+ enjoys these services and feels very satisfied.

VVictoria93We had a great stay here! All the personnel was nice and attentive, we were registered pretty easily. The hotel offers a pick up service , which is quite convenient. We had a room with a skylight and a balcony, which was the best. In the morning and in the evening you can sit at the balcony and enjoy a nice view. The room is clean and the towels are changed every day. They serve Chinese style breakfast from 7 to 9, see the picture attached. Since we don't know much about local transportation, they gave us a ride to the local transportation hub where we could hop on a sightseeing bus. Once you get back from your trip in the evening, you can have a nice stroll from a busy Guling street area, it's down the hill and it takes you about 15 minutes to get back to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have a real mountain view from their hotel room☺️

GGuest UserI booked a twin room with floor-to-ceiling windows with a view. I arranged a twin room with a mountain view. The boss explained that the layout of the two rooms is the same, but watching the video, I should book a room on the second or third floor and arrange a room on the first floor for me. The key is that the two rooms have price difference. It is the view of the video view that is good to book the landscape floor-to-ceiling window twin room. Then the sound insulation effect is very poor. Next to the kitchen, there was a noisy outside the door at 7 or 8 in the morning. I was woken up twice. There was a smell when I entered the room. There was always a smell in the drainage pipe in the toilet. The reservation page said that there was floor heating, but the boss said that floor heating needed to be charged extra. Because I booked a room for two consecutive days, I didn't bother to argue so much when I went out alone.
