Friendly and Helpful!!!  Prince Inn was beautiful and clean.  Cynthia was absolutely amazing and a blessing.  Highly recommend!!

Centrally located for touring PEI, with everything you will need for an extended stay. We used the laundry twice during our stay, and the owner provided us with a great map showing many of the local spots that aren't in the typical tourist guides, including a fantastic place to watch the sunset. We had a very relaxing stay, and really hope to stay here again.

We stayed two nights. Room was clean and everything we need was provided. Additionally the staffs were nice. I highly recommend to stay this hotel.

It was near to the beaches which was nice . Heat was not managed properly else everything was good

I was hesitant to book this hotel because reviews said the rooms were small, had no TV, no Wi-Fi, no mini-fridge, and were quite noisy. However, we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. We stayed for two nights and found it incredibly quiet. The hotel was very clean and tidy. The room, though small, was spotless, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly for streaming videos. The hotel is located in downtown Charlottetown, and parking is available next door for $8.75 per day, which is a great deal. The best part was the lounge where you can cook and eat. We had a seafood hot pot there. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again when I return to Charlottetown. It's so cozy, convenient, and comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Great place. Had all the utensils required for cooking. Wonderful for families. Thanks for catering us even though we were late check in 😀loved that it was close to a grocery store right opposite. Would love to stay again. Also the kids had a great time playing at the playground right opposite!

3/5 - rooms were older but really big. Washrooms were dated but decent for the price

There was a patron who was in a heated argument with front desk staff when we first arrived about them not refunding him his $50 damage deposit. The patron was belligerent with the staff. He eventually was taken away in a taxi. This all happened as we were just arriving which gave us a bit of a feeling of uneasiness on whether we had made the right decision on staying at this hotel. The staff were very professional and accommodating to us though. In the end, everything was fine.

All the way from Winnipeg to Prince Edward Island, Lily's Garden is the best of all the homestays we have ever stayed in, let us have a good rest and relaxation. From the living room to the bedroom to the kitchen, the master's meticulousness is reflected everywhere, and every place is full of artistic atmosphere. There is a large supermarket within a few minutes of driving nearby, and you can walk to the bay in a few minutes from the house. The environment is very beautiful. Thank you homeowner, I will come again if I have a chance.

Much better than expected, low expectations, but the service is pretty good, the room and bathroom are newly renovated
