The staff is very nice, the place is amazing ! Only 3 rooms, super quiet! The rooms are magnificent, I entered ours and said I wanted to stay longer just because of how pretty it is. 20 minutes from the center, the staff showed us a nice walk along the canal instead of the main road. Super close from the train station and super easy to park the car, ours was in front of the hotel's entrance, need to pay for the parking but it's not expensive and free on Sundays. I highly recommend for a romantic gateway !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, well-organized, and extremely comfortable. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the overall freshness of the space. The location is excellent—convenient, accessible, and close to everything I needed, which made getting around the city very easy. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful, making the entire stay even more pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Upon arrival, the welcome was a bit lacking, and I find the parking to be expensive at €19 per night. The bathroom is also a bit small. I'm not sure if I'll return.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The service was excellent and very attentive. Despite our poor English, we managed to communicate with gestures, and everyone was happy. Food in European countries can be expensive, so being able to cook in the room saved us a lot of money.

Hotel location is very good, check-in is also convenient, mainly elevators, the suites are large, the bed is a bit soft, found here. Kitchen appliances are available and you can do it yourself. We barely walked a few steps after getting off the bus, and it's right in the heart of Ghent's main attractions! Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

The hotel was converted from a monastery built in the 13th century, so the environment is extremely comfortable and quiet. At first glance, it doesn't look like a hotel at all. The only thing is that in the winter in Europe, the room is too cold. I asked the front desk for a heater to solve the problem. Other things are fine.
