Fantastic stay at the Green Village Bungalow! Staff is super friendly and we were offered breakfast and dinner which was a very positive surprise - all food we had was super delicious The home stay offer many tours and we joined the one to the Cai Rang floating market which was very well organized and enjoyable Overall couldn’t recommend this hotel more

Aside from everything, it is very difficult to find at first. It is located in an alley, so I had to ask around on a motorcycle for 30 minutes to find it. It is just an ordinary hotel for that price.. You don't have to go all the way here. The hallways are narrow, the location is good, and it is close to the Gwanteo Market.

The room has all the basics, and the staff is very friendly. I liked that the furniture had a retro feel, and the bed was nice and comfortable. The only thing that is disappointing is that there are some parts of the room that are not finished. Even though the outlets on the walls are not finished, I wish they would have blocked the hole in the ceiling. Despite these shortcomings, the good thing was the price. The prices here are crazy. For backpackers looking for cheap accommodation, there aren't many places like this.

It's a pretty central location but don't expect too much by way of amenities or room cleanliness. I just neededba place to crash and won't be staying in the room more than necessary.

The hotel is located near Ninh Kieu Wharf, which allows easy access to ships, cruises on the river and the market. The hotel is slightly out of a main axis, which makes it quite quiet overall. However, during my last morning, between 7:00 and 8:00, someone put quite strong music in the next room. The room was not soundproofed, because the outer noises are easily heard. As in many bathrooms in Asia, the shower has neither a ridge nor a shower bathroom. So the water spreads over the ground after use. This means, with ambient heat, the ground drys quite quickly. The room is equipped with air conditioning to refresh the room, which is valuable. The room has a sofa and a small table, which makes the room pleasant. In contrast, I found the matlas quite hard and so uncomfortable to sleep.

Location is in the center, for western food (dino pizza, pizza hut) easy just walk 5-10 minutes. The hotel looks old, but very clean and the staffs are friendly,always smile even if they don't speak english, and helpful (just use google to translate what you need). Y The room is spacios, light a bit dimmed, working AC, hot water, fan, fridge. The house is located in relatively quiet area but very central.

Because there is a vehicle just this time, there is a place to park the locomotive very well and it is convenient to get in and out. There is a restaurant nearby where you can eat and drink coffee, which is really convenient!

Firstly, the good stuff. The bed was very comfortable and I'd like to take the pillows home. The people are very friendly and helpful. The location is good for the waterfront though I'm unsure how Trip.com measures distances to be honest. The bathroom is very nice but the shower is for short people. Now the rest. The hotel is down a small lane and is poorly signposted. This is not a hotel with a restaurant, it's a restaurant with five rooms upstairs two flights and through the mezzanine dining room. Not for tall people either. The room was tiny. There's no fridge, no kettle but there is a cup and saucer! The bathroom has a bath which I doubt anybody would use but I guess that's what boutique is about it. Don't know. I had issues with the internet. The staff gave me the password to three networks and seemed unsure which was in use. The first morning I tried leaving the premises at 8:30am to find the front gate locked and no one about. First time ever I've been locked in a hotel. Later that day the TV went mad and kept turning itself on while the internet kept cutting out. The second morning my Vietnamese neighbours began preparations to leave at 4am making all kinds of noise until they finally left at 6am. There is not much soundproofing between rooms or between rooms and the only corridor access.
