GGuest UserA great resort hotel ~ I saw it on the website and I was very attracted to it. I came here because of it and I am very satisfied. From breakfast to afternoon tea to dinner, every meal was a surprise and delicious. All service staff are smiling, sincere and kind, and are willing to help solve guests' problems; it is a place where people can trust and relax again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is situated in a slightly quieter area, which was exactly what we were looking for. You can rent a scooter directly from the hotel, offering great flexibility. However, it's advisable to have some prior experience with scooters and navigating traffic, as the roads can be quite chaotic. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even arranged a taxi for us when we needed to get to the bus station on our departure day. The rooms are spacious and cleanliness is good.
Our main complaint, however, is the food. Breakfast is served until 10 AM, but if you arrive at 9:30 AM, many items are already cold or no longer available. On our departure day, we had to leave very early, and they provided a lunchbox. Frankly, they could have skipped it. We've stayed in two and three-star hotels before and received lunchboxes, but seeing what this 4-star hotel provided, we were genuinely disappointed. We also ate at the restaurant twice. The Western portions were very small and not particularly flavorful. For these reasons, we would not book this hotel again.

GGuest UserUnreasonable set-meal policy – confirmed by the hotel
I am writing this review after directly discussing the issue with the front desk and hotel management, who have clearly confirmed that this is an official hotel policy, not a misunderstanding by staff.
I ordered a lunch set priced at 150,000 VND for one person and simply asked whether two people could share one set. The restaurant stated that a set for one person must be consumed by exactly one person, regardless of whether the food is finished, or if the second person is a child.
In my view, this is an unreasonable and customer-unfriendly policy. Once I have paid for a set meal and am not requesting any additional portions or services, how the food is consumed should be the customer’s decision, not something to be regulated.
While I acknowledge that the hotel has received my feedback and mentioned escalating it to the group level, this policy is currently in effect and directly impacts the dining experience.
I am leaving this review so other customers are aware in advance and can make an informed decision before dining here.

BBex QuinnWe have loved our 2 nights at this accommodation. The accommodation was so relaxing and peaceful. Our room was lovely and well equipped with everything needed. We enjoyed the floating market tour (which was more of a food tour)- highly recommend. For us the free bikes to explore all around was a great feature for us! We would recommend this accommodation!

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the river and not in the city center. The front desk staff has a good service attitude and the room is relatively clean and tidy. The sound insulation effect is not very good. The breakfast is okay and it is worth staying.

Kkom1029The room has all the basics, and the staff is very friendly. I liked that the furniture had a retro feel, and the bed was nice and comfortable.
The only thing that is disappointing is that there are some parts of the room that are not finished. Even though the outlets on the walls are not finished, I wish they would have blocked the hole in the ceiling.
Despite these shortcomings, the good thing was the price. The prices here are crazy. For backpackers looking for cheap accommodation, there aren't many places like this.

SSolo soulLocation is so good that over shine almost any thing. Closed to the walkway and night market makes the differences. And only a five mins walk to the pier that aboard the boat go to the floating market, especially you have to wake up so early in the morning, like 4:45am
Front desk staff are helpful and friendly, but the breakfast and especially the coffee in the breakfast period has nothing to write home about

DDanuta.Hotel with a very good location. In the city center next to a cafe, shops and very close to the waterfront from where you can sail to the floating market. You can buy a trip yourself on the waterfront or book it through the hotel. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. A nice girl at the reception organized bus tickets for us to the next town on our route and the floating market. Everything was timed, so we still managed to eat breakfast before leaving after returning from the market. The room was very clean with working air conditioning. The room had everything that was included in the description. Tasty breakfasts. A cute mascot dog ”guards” the reception.

In my opinion, this hotel is not worth the price, the price is high but the service is too poor, a 4-star hotel does not have a refrigerator, the TV can only watch the radio and cannot be connected. internet and connect a few phones. There's not even a wardrobe, whereas a 1-2 star hotel already has all these things. Room smell is too strong. Won't come back because it's not worth the money spent.
