"Price-wise the place is very reasonable. The pool was the perfect! The warmest that we were in during our visit to multiple pools throughout the weekend. When the place gets parked parking can be an issue but they will do their best to accommodate you. Lastly the most frustrating part of the stay was the key card door for our room which you had to stick in and out multiple times to get it to recognize the card which is really frustrating late at night when you really have to use the restroom and can’t get in the room immediately. The doors to the rooms should be as easy to get into as the door to the hotel itself. It did have everything we needed microwave, fridge, coffee pot, iron. It’s not most up to date location but it’s definitely work the price and proximity is great."

"The hotel is in the desert, it's really hard to find! ! The hotel has no front desk service after 6:00 p.m., because I booked through Ctrip, and the hotel’s email was intercepted by the QQ mailbox. I almost fell asleep on the road and contacted Ctrip for several hours before giving me the hotel mailbox. When the hotel arrived at the gate, it required a combination lock, and pulled the luggage to the room by itself. I was so terrified that I couldn't enter the main entrance of the hotel and had to drive along the path into the backyard to park. I was so nervous overseas that I couldn't find the self-check-in email sent by the hotel. I booked this hotel because it was close to the desert 🏜️Outlet. There is a swimming pool and desert cactus in the hotel yard🌵, the desert is very hot🔥, the drinks and snacks in the room are free, but they are all chocolate sweets. Those who like to eat high calories can."

"On the weekend, a family of three traveled by car to Palm Springs, booked a twin room, and two beds of about 1.5 meters. The hotel is convenient for parking. Breakfast is at a hotel about 700 meters away from the hotel. It is a 1-minute drive and parking is very convenient. After all, the United States is a country on wheels. The breakfast was adequate and I tried my best but didn't finish it. Across the street, there are 7-11. The owner and wife are warm and friendly."

The surrounding area is a bit deserted, and there are no restaurants within sight, but of course it is not a big problem to drive by yourself.

GGreeneKellyI appreciate that the hotel is brand new and it was very clean. However, I will never stay there again. It was the loudest hotel I’ve stayed in and that is saying a lot. I didn’t sleep at all because if people walking around above us. You could hear people walking in hallways, you could hear toilets flushing, etc. Absolutely no insulation in the walls at all. Also, the breakfast ends at 9:30. Checkout is at noon and especially for a weekend, the breakfast should be served until later in the morning. Part of the draw of staying there was the included breakfast but my whole family couldn’t get up before 9:30 and ready to eat, so we missed it. Both the check in employee and the check out employee were not friendly and very cold/dry. Bottom line, clean hotel, but never again.

GGuest UserWe love staying here when visiting Fantasy Springs Casino. It's less crowded and quiet. The only thing is that it's a hit and miss with their service. The last time i stayed, everyone was so nice. This time, not so much. The breakfast area wasn't refreshed as it should, cold stuff. It used to be so much better! The lady started taking everything out one 930 hit. On the dot. It seriously isn't that serious. Someone grabbing a sausage link at 9:34 should be okay. The front dest ladies seemed in a bad mood. Im a reward member, and checking out late time is really never given to me. They always have an excuse as, why not. The hotel is really clean though and the rooms are very spacious. The only horrible thing is that the AC unit makes such a loud noise, keeps me up most of the night until i knock out! Book it...

GGuest UserThe hotel in the Best Hotel has a very general condition. The facilities are old. There are no non-smoking rooms when you check in. The room on the side of the road is very noisy. Let's change it quietly. There is an older man at the front desk, like India. People, service attitude is really not good, directly said no, check did not check, after communication again, say dissatisfied you can find another home, and this hotel receives a $100 deposit, and is still waiting for a refund

Also everything in the room looked new expect for the shower on-off lever which was strange. Anyway, everything was good but I will note the room was very small but considering the low price I’m not complaining.

GGuest UserThis little family owned hotel was a real gem! Stopped by here on the way from SoCal to Arizona and we were the only family staying in the whole place so it was super quiet. The room had a fridge and microwave which is more than can be said for most big motel chains like Motel 6. The Indian owner was friendly and actually gave us a discount when we got there (I have no idea why). It’s a teensy bit more off the highway than some of the motel chains which is probably why it was less frequented but overall I would say worth the 5 min extra drive!

GGuest UserThe motel was a very noisy place! The walls were very thin and our neighbors in every direction were always yelling and arguing. Even the people upstairs! That was at night. But it was every night!
During the day it quieted down. I got the impression that the place was a ”by the week”, where people lived.
Our impression of the town (Cathedral City/Palm Springs/ Rancho Mirage/etc.) was that it was very unfriendly. Everyone we encountered seemed to be stand offish and clicky.
Not a friendly place at all. We will not be coming back for sure!
