CCiciCThe room is spacious. The check in was easy. The layout of the room was a bit out of ordinary with the room facing the window, but I adjusted to it the second day. The breakfast area is comfortable, and the food is OK. The room is clean overall, but the carpet is very flat, a bit sticky, and could benefit from a deep cleaning or replacement. Very close to the outlet. Overall the experience was good.

GGuest UserReally clean and newly renovated hotel. Great bedding, you can feel that these are not used for ten years like every other motel. One big issue is the missing insulation of the floor. You can hear every step of the above room. We had bad luck and a woman with six kids had the room above us and they were jumping and running the whole time. This hotel is pet friendly, which also means that people will leave their dogs barking in the rooms.

GGuest UserOur family's stay at this hotel was exactly as we hoped. The friendly and professional lobby staff member answered all our questions wonderfully. We found our room to be very clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the expected essentials for the price. The delicious breakfast and the helpful staff maintaining the area made it a great start to our days. We are very happy and will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thanks!

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful time at the Hampton Inn Fort Myers Beach location.
The service and hospitality were excellent; the facility was well appointed and the staff were attentive and helpful.
A special call-out to a select few at the hotel - Jesse and Alex at the front desk for their help and cheerful service; Cammie and her team in the kitchen who served a wonderful breakfast and kept it well stocked every morning as well as Juan for his consistent help and patience when we had difficulty with our door lock.
Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

GGuest UserThe check-in process was easy and convenient through a kiosk. After checking in, I received a text message and was told to reach out via text if I needed anything. However, I texted a couple of times about some broken items in the room, and no one responded. The breakfast was just okay, but the room and facilities were great. The location is excellent, and people through the screen is helpful.

DDutchiesFor our second night at the Days Inn by Wyndham Fort Myers Spring Resort, we stayed in an even nicer room with a walk-in shower. The room was, once again, comfortable and well-maintained, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the breakfast experience was still disappointing, with limited options available.
One thing that stood out was the large amount of trash scattered next to the building. It gave a less-than-ideal impression of the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property, which was a shame given the otherwise positive aspects of the stay.
While the room itself was great, the breakfast and the area outside the hotel could use some attention to improve the overall guest experience.
