"This place was GREAT. The location was fantastic and so close to the causeway and sanibel. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. The pool was unreal and the hot tub was nice too. They even come in daily to freshen your room which I haven’t seen since Covid became the excuse for less service for the same money. I didn’t see a bug anywhere. I’d stay here again without question."

"The room and facilities were very nice and updated. The pool DJ on Tuesday and Wednesday was very fun. The pool games are really fun and a nice bonus along with the free beach games that were available. Drinks weren’t crazy pricey ($14-$15). Amazing view and noise cancellation of patio door was great. Cons: the food was average and there’s “rule” against brining your own food and drinks to the beach (although not enforced). Our room was never cleaned. You can hear everything inside the hotel from inside your room. There’s no microwave available to guests anywhere on the premises."

"My stay at this particular Holiday Inn was quite good. The hotel was well-maintained, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only issues I had were that the blanket was a nice but a bit heavy, which caused me to sweat a lot at night, even with the A/C running full blast and with me shirtless, and there were some problems with the TV. When I called the front desk to complain, the employee said it was because it was raining and once the rain ceased it would work again. He was right, but I noticed that some of the programming didn't match what was on the listing. But these were basically minor issues that didn't spoil my stay. I would definitely consider staying here again whenever I'm back in Fort Myers."

"When i made the reservation I asked if they had elevators the answer was yes. When I got there everything was really messed up as far as the condition of the property. It had no vending machines that worked and didn’t seem to care. No breakfast served. the room had excavators working outside the window and patio areas. Very loud and dusty. The floor in the room was dirty. After i walked on it once my feet were dirty. This is not what i expected at all for what the rates were. I asked for a refund and to leave but they wouldn’t give my money back. They sent me an email days later saying it would be refunded but as of over a week later no ready."
