"Service is great, receptionist does English. The room is good, with fan, conditioner, large fridge. The location is exceptional and it can't be stressed enough, about 15 metres from the sea during the tide. The chairs on the beach are free, but the sun loungers are 200 baht - I suggest shopping around, there are cheaper options right next to it. The only negative is non-existent soundproofing. Walls are thin, the door is a sliding flimsy one made of glass, and the music is always booming outside until 10 PM. You WILL hear it and everything your neighbours are taking about, earplugs and sleeping mask are mandatory."
