"Cute hotel with a good view on the sea.
Nice rooms but you can hear the people walk by and the room darkness isn’t really good if you want to sleep late in the morning.
Breakfast served directly in the room around 9am. Unfortunately the taste wasn’t really good.

"Well what a place , excellent , on arrival a very warm welcome from the owner/manager and we were early but room was ready and happy for us to check in , they offer tea, coffee and noodles for free 😊
The room was perfect and probably the best bed we had slept in for 20days , fridge full of things that you can drink and pay for at end of your stay
We then took a walk but with not a great foot from a injury we soon seeked for a scooter and the owner let us rent his at 250bht each so we had 1 each .
Best thing we did was getting a scooter its only way to see this island and we only had 1 night.
There are a lot of places to rent scooters but if you can deal with the 3min walk from the pier to this place I would you hang on so to give them the revenue
The island is lovely , places to sea , seafood buffets at a low cost and I mean bargains
I just wish we had longer I think I could of done a week lol

"Excellent hotel, centrally located on the island. The villa itself is wonderful - spacious, bright, with an outdoor pool and bathtub, and a magnificent view of Pattaya. Waking up at sunrise in the morning is a special delight. Breakfast is brought to your room - everything is delicious. I especially want to highlight the care and friendliness of the staff - they met us at the pier and took us back, and helped with food orders. We will definitely return!"

GGuest UserI can't understand how this hotel got such a high rating.
They don't respond to emails.
They don't answer questions on the Trip.com chat.
Our booking was mixed up. We booked a 'Sweet' room, but they had us down for a 'DeLuxe' for some reason. The price was roughly the same when we booked. We asked to switch rooms (at check-in) and were moved from DeLuxe #3 to Sweet #2 for an additional 700 baht!
I then asked to change from room #2 to #1. They said it was already booked. I pointed out that when booking, you only select the room type, not a specific room number. They got flustered... but still insisted that room #2 was the only option.
For anyone booking: the best rooms with views from the window and the top deck are DeLuxe #1 and Sweet #1.
The room wasn't clean; there was trash lying around. An empty chip bag was in the bin. This isn't just dirtiness – it's an indicator of poor standards. There was a used towel on the hanger. No bathrobes were provided.
The top floor was sandy everywhere, including on the sun loungers. I guess they're trying to create a beach atmosphere :)
The windows were dirty. The bathtub was worn.
The air conditioning was noisy.
They only give you one key card. If you leave the card in the slot when you step out of the room (e.g., to your own top floor), the door locks behind you (and you can't open it from the outside). If you take the card out, when you close the door, the electricity cuts off, with all the consequences – AC turns off, phones stop charging, etc.
I asked for a second key card, but they refused. This is just ridiculous... they're cutting corners on AC... and on their reputation.
As an option, you could bring an extension cord and plug it into the 'refrigerator' outlet :)
Seriously... it's the 21st century.
Overall, it's a so-so hotel. For this price, I think there are much better options. Its location, yes, is good. I understand the laid-back nature of the Thais, but there's a limit. I don't want to stress out on vacation, and who does!
So, weighing all the pros and cons, the cons definitely outweigh the pros. I don't know about you, but we are definitely not coming back here. Especially for that money... there are genuinely decent options nearby. And my peace of mind is more important!
Breakfasts... were decent. There's a tasty build-your-own soup with a rice base and meat (meatballs), mushrooms, various toppings, etc. A small bowl of fruit and a tiny bowl of yogurt with 3-4 blueberries and 2-3 kiwi slices. They also bring a plated portion with an omelet or two fried eggs, two sausages, two pieces of bacon, two small triangular pieces of sausage, etc.
Overall, breakfast was more or less okay.
There were no issues with the transfer from the hotel to Na Ban Pier. We took the ferry departing at 9:30 AM. The trip to Bali Hai Pier took 30 minutes. After a couple of ferries sank, they now seem to be counting passengers and trying to avoid overloading.

BBabiesBooOverall, it is excellent. Starting with the price, it's so cheap, including breakfast. The room is spacious for two guest and everything is new to welcome their honored guests. However, the younger woman who answers the phone with the hotel number, looks quite annoyed when the guest makes a call to ask how to get to the hotel. So we have no idea how she did that.
Talking about the most important part is escorting their guest, the housekeeper (an aunt with short hair) is very friendly and she loves what she does. We gave her some tips for that. Her great service mind reduces our unsatisfied with the service of the first lady, and we still rate this service at a good level no matter what.

LLEO NG 1388First of all, this is a private pool villa. The operation is a little different from that of a hotel. You can call them when you go to the door or when you arrive on the island to prepare. A certain level of English communication skills is required here, so please use your own discretion. The location is right at Tawean Beach, which has the most activities and is the most popular. It is really good. After playing in the water, you can go back to take a shower and change clothes. It is also very convenient to go back to the room to get your equipment if you forget it. The location shown on Google Maps is actually accurate. There is an alley next to the beach and you just need to walk in. For breakfast, the staff will ask you when you would like to have your meal tomorrow morning and then deliver it to your private pool. It tastes good and the portion is quite sufficient.

FFelee555Absolutely superb! It looks exactly like the pictures. The place is clean, new, with a very spacious room, a wide balcony, and high, airy ceilings. The shower pressure might be a little weak, but everything else was so fantastic that it became a minor detail. Just a heads-up for those who are particular about shower strength. The staff are friendly.
The million-dollar view is no exaggeration. This truly is a place for genuine relaxation, with the sea literally right there with your room. In-room breakfast service was perfect for someone lazy like me!
Thank you so much for the best 3-day, 2-night trip I've ever had. This private and incredibly beautiful accommodation allows you to truly unwind and do nothing. I loved it so much; the view made me incredibly happy, and I barely wanted to leave the room.
Friends, don't think twice – book it now! This kind of overwater view is very rare, and you even get schools of small fish greeting you in the clear water around 7-8 AM.
I could go on and on about its beauty, but I'll stop here. It's just *too* beautiful! 😅

GGuest UserI stayed here for two nights and woke up on my birthday while looking at a beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Thailand / Gulf of Siam. We stayed in the Panoramic Double Room, and I think our balcony was about as big as our room! We had great views of the water and mountains, and it was super peaceful. The reservation included breakfast for two, AND we also got a complimentary motor bike (with free gas) during our stay. *** I had read about the motor bikes in other reviews and was skeptical, but our reservation did include the motor bike. (Maybe it depends on which type of room you book). The breakfast was nice, and I could hear birds chirping as I drank my coffee each morning.
We took the motor bike to Samae Beach one day, but I made sure we came back to the room before sunset because I knew it would be a beautiful view from our balcony. One night we walked to a nearby restaurant by the water and had dinner. The only down sides were: There were some ants in our room (but that is normal in Thailand), and a nearby club played loud music one night. Overall, I loved the place and would stay there again in the future.

The hotel had a pick up service from the pier just give them a call and then there gonna pick u up , when we got to the hotel there informed us the rules the staff was nice and helpful also we could rent a motorbike from them which is 300 thb per day
The rooms are acctuly nice but it just open a few months ago the toilets were a bit dirty the showehead was rusted the fridge had a lot of ants .. when we stayed there it was rainy season wich made the alarm set off from the door alll the night wich was very annoying as we couldn sleep at all
Breakfast was just a ok couple of eggs and toast and sausage
When next morning we’re telling the receptionist all we got was just a sorry for the broken alarm as she say it’s normal cause it’s raining season .. really should improve in that

GGuest UserWhat I liked most was that you didn't have to walk anywhere to get to the beach; you just step out and you're in the sea. The room was spacious, clean, and smelled pleasant. The girls at the reception and in the dining room were all smiles, like most Thais, and tried their best to answer all questions. The downside is that breakfast is monotonous; NOTHING changes, it's the same thing day in and day out. If you stay for a long time, you'll get incredibly bored.

SSakuramodThe property is centrally located on the island. Motorbikes are available for rent at 300 THB, though the one we received seemed to have been in a prior accident, making it difficult to ride as it constantly pulled to the left. The location is convenient, with restaurants within walking distance, and a shuttle service is also provided.
The bedroom and bathroom were clean, but the bathroom did have a slight drain odor. The room itself had no offensive smell, but wasn't particularly fresh-smelling either. The bathroom floor was quite slippery, so caution was needed when walking. The wall-mounted shower had very weak water pressure; a standard shower head would be a significant improvement. Interestingly, the water pressure at the sink and from the bidet sprayer was strong.
The room lighting was rather dim and yellowish. The TV was unusable due to intermittent signal (this was in our family room).
Breakfast included congee, bread, coffee, and Ovaltine.

Share bathrooms were pretty clean. The bed was comfortable and the tent even has AC.
The view was lovely. Breakfast was alright. We ended up checking out early but that was mostly GF decision.
