One of my favorite accommodations in Mexico. The resort was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly. After reading reviews of how tricky it was to find the resort we were nervous, but all we did was message the resort on whatsapp and they sent very clear instructions how to get there. You'd have to come in from Valladolid but that was a nice detour to see the city! I have stayed at big name resorts that were equally as nice that were charging triple the price, this place is an underrated gem and not crowded (we were the only two people on the resort, we felt like royalty). We will be back. As two history nerds we enjoyed that the grounds had their own mayan ruins and 3 cenotes to explore.
The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is almost new, the furniture is fine, the problem is bad internet, they changed my room and it was the same. The first room had some details in the bathroom there were hair, a slipper, I suppose it is a room that almost doesn't book it because it is deficient with regard to Wi-Fi room 8. I changed to 1 was the same internet. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hot water doesn't last 3 minutes and it's cool. You need to close it constantly to get warm and not get cold. The staff is very friendly.
The hotel is very short of having a minimum of bottles of courtesy water, glass glasses, having a restaurant, or in its defect having a small Refigerador type served bar and a microwave.
The last day I asked and they told me I was going to a hostel that also belongs to the hotel.
