Hotels with Parking in Valladolid

Very nice and authentic feel to the hotel. Room is as in pictures, comfortable and clean. Pool was a bit small to use. Limited breakfast choice for early risers but everything was tasty. Definitely a recommend.

One of my favorite accommodations in Mexico. The resort was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly. After reading reviews of how tricky it was to find the resort we were nervous, but all we did was message the resort on whatsapp and they sent very clear instructions how to get there. You'd have to come in from Valladolid but that was a nice detour to see the city! I have stayed at big name resorts that were equally as nice that were charging triple the price, this place is an underrated gem and not crowded (we were the only two people on the resort, we felt like royalty). We will be back. As two history nerds we enjoyed that the grounds had their own mayan ruins and 3 cenotes to explore.

The truth is, it's a very nice place, the cave is fabulous, the water is very good. The hotel is a little less spacious than I thought it would be. The staff is friendly and very attentive to your needs. Regarding the location, it's fine. I have no complaints in general... I only had one problem... one night, upon entering my room, I noticed a very strong smell of urine or cat poop, I don't know. I mentioned it to the front desk, and their response was evasive... the lady argued that what smelled like that was the material the ceilings are made of... that was unbelievable... I didn't like this. In any case, there should have been more complaints, and according to what the front desk told me, there weren't. I complained, we sat down to dinner and when we came back it didn't smell anymore...what they did we don't know 🙂↔️ I think they must have forgotten to pick up the kittens' waste....This was unpleasant... I still liked it except for this...

I arrived late at night and paid the accommodation fee in cash, so if I was worried about what to do because the ruins of tomorrow were gone, I went to the bank ATM with me. It was late at night, so I was worried and grateful to go alone. I told him that I didn't need breakfast because I would leave after 6 o'clock to visit the ruins, but he prepared lunch and water. The water pressure in the shower was good, and hot water came out, so I was tired. The dryer will be lent if you ask in the lobby. He also prepared hot water for a large water bottle. I stayed for 2 days but I don't clean. There is also a small refrigerator, and you can cool your drinks. I was able to spend comfortably. Thank you.

Excellent place, great construction and very clean, friendly and respectful environment by the staff . Excellent food. The room was cleaned and was cleaned. Besides that, everything is fine.

The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the town's central square, with its own parking. Spacious and comfortable room with air conditioning, but the paint needs updating. It has an excellent restaurant for dinner and a great breakfast included in the price. Perhaps what I liked least was the reception staff, who, although friendly, don't provide information about all the town's leisure options. They have a large cenote just a few blocks away, which they didn't even mention when I asked.

The hotel is very well located, near the central Valladolid square and the church of San Servacio. There was a little moisture on the wall of the room but they are smaller details. We miss some recommendations from food sites or activities in the area, but the treatment was kind, I recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Bamboo. The room was very spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The only small downside is that the pool is quite small, but overall it was still a great stay and we would happily return.
