There is no bathtub and only a shower room, but it is larger than a general shower room, and there is a stand to sit down, and the amount of hot water is abundant, so it was able to be used without any problems. There is a washing machine (2 drum type, 2 vertical placement) and a dryer (2 units) on the 3rd floor of the building (detergent is prepared by yourself), and it is available for free, so it is really helpful when staying for a business trip. There are surprisingly many food shops such as convenience stores, Indian curry, izakaya, and Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood, and there are many shops where you can also use food delivery of the app (de ○ building, etc.). I didn't have any trouble with my meal.

Typical of hotels in Tokyo, the space is a bit tight but it was definitely sufficient for 2 adults with plenty of under the table space to put our bags so they stay out of the way. The room was very clean; the toilet was very clean and amenities provided were of top quality. Excellent!

It's not new, but it was clean. The staff were nice and attentive. I think it was good enough for the price. I'd like to use it again. There is a FamilyMart nearby.
