AAnonymous UserThe parking space is extremely tight, the equipment is outdated, the maintenance is poor, the location is convenient, and there is public transportation nearby. The service staff is not willing to speak English. There are very few types of breakfast, much worse than the description.

LLoris LombardiI stayed at this hotel for a work trip focused on the university, and it served its purpose perfectly. The hotel is very clean, and the receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful with all of my requests, which made for a welcoming experience. The breakfast was very good and offered a great start to the day.
The primary advantage of this hotel is its location, which is ideal if you need to be at the Université Grenoble Alpes. However, be aware that the surrounding area is not very pedestrian-friendly and is built more for cars. There are no supermarkets within easy walking distance, so it's best to plan accordingly if you need to buy anything.
Overall, it was a very good stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for a night or two, especially for anyone who has business to attend to at the university.

GGuest UserHello, I booked this hotel for the good location to the place I had to visit, however it is far away from the city center. But there is a tram stop and a big shopping mall very close to this hotel. First of all the reception is NOT open 24 hours, and they close late at night(check the hours) and also 13-15 on weekends. the staff are very very nice, all of them they changed almost every day and all of them were nice. The room and bathroom is spacious and they provide soap and shampoo. The downside for me was that the room was smelly, my guess is the smell comes from pets' pee because pets are allowed in the hotel. The carpets were old and full of stains. There is a mini kitchenette in the room with a well functioning stove and good utilities. An electric kettle is missing in the room. the Wi-Fi works well and the speed is good. the heating system works perfect and the room had good temperature. The mattress lack the necessary firmness but its okay for a few nights.

We spent 3 nights .. 2 identical rooms for 5 people. 3 adults and 2 children.
We were going to Walibi for 2 days... where he had been a special time.
The very right rooms and a exemplary litter.. summer matlas and surmalas all new posed every day before.
And for a 2 ** a 160 bed in a 12 m2. room!
The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
We have been picked up from bread 🍞 tt hot at 10:30.
The hotel is located in the centre of the city and the city park in partnership for €5.10 per night just below the hotel.
To recommend and thank for this good stay ...
We will return to it if the opportunity is ...

Rreda chenenHôtel pas cher, alors il ne faut pas s'attendre à grand chose. Dommage, il y a l'essentiel mais cet hôtel a besoin d'un petit coup de rénovation, entre autre le sol des chambres, du moins celle que j'avais.
J'ai fait un autre première classe le lendemain et la qualité de ma chambre était nettement supérieure.
