The unit is located in the Cascada Azul community, which is a very safe and quiet community. It is one of 10 units nestled on a Jungle bluff overlooking the majestic Baru River Valley. With the exception of the occasional visit from Toucans, Macaws, Agoutis, Coatis, and Monkeys that patrol the area, you will have complete privacy. The condo has one private bedroom with a Double bed, nightstands, and a custom wardrobe to hang and store all of your belongings. The bathroom has a large shower, a spacious countertop and sink, drawers for storage of towels and toiletries, and YES, we have on demand hot water! The living room and kitchen are one open space with a sliding door that opens to your private back patio, that incredible view and ever changing ocean sunsets. There is a custom futon/sofa bed that folds out to sleep 1-2 people. The furniture is handmade by local woodworkers with native wood. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, silverware, utensils, etc. It also has a full refrigerator, freezer, stove, blender and microwave. There is a small dining area inside as well as patio furniture should you want to eat outside. The television has cable, and you are welcome to use your own streaming devices as well. If you would like to utilize the grill, it is shared and located near the pool.
