If it weren't for the background recording of Ctrip's call in the morning, I wouldn't have the confidence to wait for the elevator, so I ran down the stairs to the seventh floor and escaped. If the car didn't need urgent repairs, I wouldn't have traveled hundreds of miles to stay near the nearest 4S store here. But what happens?
